Lasw is the best and only rts you can compare to a pc rts for now, so yes, it's definitely what you're looking for. Can't really explain it, but believe me it's an amazing board game.

Unfortuantely there's basically no horror games on the idevice. The only ones I can think of are Fallen EP-1, Doom Resurrection (to a degree), and a bit of COD:Zombies if you play with headphones. We need a Silent Hill/old Resident Evil port. Badly.
From I hear, Puppet Wars seems more fun. Both are apparently good games, but 1.) The second campaign in Battle Bears -1 costs an extra buck and 2.) Puppet Wars is going to be updated frequently from the looks of things. The first update seems to be pretty packed with new content. It's only 3.1.3 right now, but they're going to fix it to work with all 3.0+ OS's in the next update, which should be coming soon.
If you don't have any soccer games, just look for the cheapest one you can find to see if you're into them. No point in wasting money on an expensive one if it turns out you don't like them. And that said, Pro Zombie Soccer is the best soccer game EVER.
The only troubles are the electricity and water systems for me... but at 99¢ what do you have to lose?
I guess if you're into soccer and need a good soccer game, go for it. For the quality, it seems, you really can't beat that price.
Oh, I was just answering the other dude's question. I can't really speak on the topic of soccer games, but for such a low price from such a well-known company and franchise, if you're into that kinda stuff, it's hard to pass up.
