no don't even hesitate get angry birds. Im not exaggerating when i say it's about ten times better than crush the castle.
OBJECTION! PW:AA is well worth $10! And as evidence shows its just pretty much going to be the only awesome game for quite some time! (At least until Capcom ports PW:AA 2 that is )
Amen to that! Phoenix Wright is only THE most amazing game EVER. Or at least of current releases, this is the best. It's an adventure game, somewhat like a combination of the depth of story of Broken Sword, the humor and great writing of Monkey Island, and the first-person adventure gameplay of Myst (but with much, much more character interaction). It was one of the best games I've ever played on any console, as I say quite often, and you definitely need to pick it up.
Ok the main story is broken up into 4 cases with a bonus case at the end, you play the role of a Defense Attorney fresh out of law school... I don't want to give any details about the cases away to avoid spoiling the game, pretty much you investigate witnesses and crime scenes in a point and click adventure style. After you collect some evidence and information you cross-examine witnesses in court to try to prove your client not guilty... unfortunetly the game is pretty linear but the story and dialogue is pretty impressive so it makes up for it. And the game is pretty lengthy as long as you don't cheat (looking or asking for hints) as it took me three days and several ipod recharges to beat the game. I hope this description of the game was... well I guess described. EDIT: lol you got yourself two testimonies to cross-examine now. And somerandomdude I don't have any objections to that!
I can never understand why people get so madly excited over a port. True it's a great game, but the masses probably already knew about it some time ago. It's like I don't quite see how people can say that big name developers treat the iPhone seriously. When all that's happening, is how big name developers are porting over titles from the Nintendo DS. Sure Chaos Rings was "special". Square Enix also made exclusive titles for the DS though. If anything it feels like devs are treating the DS like a real platform and are porting over the "tried and true" gems to test on this baby platform. Oh well, ignore me, just a random off-topic rant that got thought of when I read through the last few pages here.
Ignoring articulate xD, what happened to the user called thebeastlyninja? In the period of 6 months when I lurked the forums, he would post everywhere. Then when I got an account, he disappeared. Who wants to enlighten me?
Pirates Treasure or Cubed Rally Racer? I didn't really like Minigore, but that was because it was too simplistic in goals. Any other 1.99 game recommendations are also appreciated
Ya, I feel the same about Minigore. I only play it now when there is an update. Solomon's keep and doodle army are good. Oh, if you dont have Tilt to Live, get that. Dont ask, just get it.
What's the replayability? Can i play it over and over? I think i'll get that and then wait for the games i've been wanting (11 games in a wishlist i made).
Get another $4 and buy PW:AA lol jk... hmm soo many good choices for $0.99... The app store needs to copy steam and get a top $0.99 section... what is your game preference?
