Honestly, I did not really like Critical Wave nor Meteor Blitz. If you want an epic dual-stick shooter, get A4E Returns.

 

I forgot that I bought the original A4E, and deleted it since I didn't really like it. I've heard that the new one is much of the same, just with more "stuff"?

 

Anyone?

Its awesome-r. Just get it. Also get Guerrilla Bob-well worth the buck

 

Its a solid TBS. Go with Battle for Wesnoth instead

 

Pretty much, if you didnt like the original I'd only give it a shoot if you have the bucks to spare and dont go with high expectations. Personally I totally loved Critical Wave, personal favorite (alongside guerrilla bob) although I dont have pew pew 2.

 

Wow I'm surprised you didn't like that. I love the graphics and it works fluidly for me, and the wide variety of gameplay has hooked me in. Sorry for your bad experience

 

Nooooo Aliver 4-Ever Returns is SO much better than the original. Grenades, more zombies, SO much better graphics, more weapons....it's SICK

 

I know, I have it and I like it, but then again I also played the 1st one a lot (until I unlocked everything, then got boring), so it is better if he went for "safer" bets due to the fact that he didnt like the 1st one. A4ER is good, but GB is better, and CW is addictive while simple
