I feel like buying something. What are some good new games like $2.99 or below?

Anyone mind naming off a bunch of (smallish, no big games) games from their ipods?

Edge, Tilt to Live are obvious choices.....

But also, Chop Chop Ninja, Parachute Ninja, Ninja Jump, and Dizzypad are quite entertaining. That new RTS (the Startrek one, I'm losing the name) is great for a buck.

    :p

Dizzypad is really calming and relaxing, but the gameplay is exciting and addicting. It's achieved a balance that no other game has been able to replicate on the App Store

EDIT: Except Enviro-Bear 2010, of course

With all those ninja games, you forgot Ninjatown: Trees of Doom. That one's also worth checking out.

Of course, now on TA, there is a lot of bias towards Venan. Not saying its undeserved-but it seems a bit much over just a couple high quality games

Ok so.... Still looking fer a good defense or strategy game, one that involves upgrading stuff in between rounds.... Or something that involves collecting... Like a ccg, or like an rts like battle forge.... So any good ccg/tcg... Or anything that involves lvling up yer abilities and powers....

Check out N.Y.Zombies... it is a defensive shooter with tons of weapons and upgrades. Has a story mode, and an Endless mode (where you earn money and upgrade your stuff in between waves), etc. There is a lite if you want to try it out first for free ;)

Mikado Defenders fits that perfectly... Be warned though, it will test your patience and maybe even your sanity. The difficulty factor of that game is ridiculous, but it is still an amazing TD.

Heh, I actually usually try to refrain from doing it, as I am just as much a gamer as I am a dev -- but honestly it just sounded like it was the perfect fit for what he was looking for.

I'm now looking for a great strategy game like Angry Birds or Crush the castle. I love RTS as well, and roleplaying games. Anyone have ideas?

Okay, I have all these. If you have to choose just one probably Monster Mayhem because its fun and new. If you have enough for a second go with Sword & Poker (1 or 2) The other games on the list are good too but I'd go with the first 2 first.
