I'm looking for a fun pick-up-and-play pass-around-with-friends game that's $3 or under. I'm considering Tilt to Live. Is there anything else I should check out?
definitely get it you won't regret it! there i said it! it's probably the most valuable gem on the appstore right now yet also the cheapest i'm not sure about passing-around-with-friends: (we did try highscores though) but it definitely gets a gold medal on pick-up-and-playful..ness
Monster RPG 2 is a great game in classical JRPG tradition Space Miner has RPG elements, great writing and allround great gameplay Each costs 3 bucks, each has a Lite. Dungeon Hunter is currently on sale for only 1 buck, but it is not as good, IMHO. As for strategy, Battle for Wesnoth is on sale for 3 bucks. It is an excellent strategy game with tons of varied content, skirmish mode and multiplayer.
Space Miner... boy am I glad I took the dive! I thought i wouldn't like it too much seeing how i'm not an asteroids fan... boy was I wrong! Give it a go, you might just like it.
don't get spirit I personally didn't like it have you tried geospark though it's slightly similar but really awesome and addictive yes get homerun battle 3D it's IMO the best sports game on the store and there is loads of customisation you can even get a fish baseball bat that is a fish!

Mixed opinions from everyone, is a pretty cool game, even though the file is small the game is pretty lenghty, what can I say? If you liked Hybrid you'll deffinitely enjoy this, if you didn't check out the topic of Caligo Chaser or Hybrid, made in this forum some time ago. Yipe 5 is a fun game, apparently one of the strong points is the humor of it, for which it has been praised much simple interface, simple game but good for small burst of time. Palm Heroes is complex, as in COMPLEX, there's a link in the app description to a tutorial you should read in order to play, according to the community in that topic, it has made a lot of changes, from a pretty much implayable game to a decently cool one.
Yipe: quirky and fun Palm heroes is pretty good, probably helps if you liked the Heroes of Might and Magic series..
I don't like games like geoSpark where you have to connect a bunch of things together. I know it's not that different, but I like games like Spirit better, where you control one thing and want to avoid/destroy objects around you. I have Tilt to Live and enjoy it. Can anyone who likes Tilt to Live recommend Spirit?

After seeing the newest story in the news section of touch arcade, I have suddenly been stricken with the desire to play an escape the room game. Is there any decent, free one out there in the app store?
I have $5 dollars left, what are some must have games that have come out recently? I'm interested in most types of games, but I don't like racing, card, sport and games. I also have most gameloft games. So is there any good games out that have a lot of gameplay and are really fun? Thanks.
