90% of the reccomendations you already got are in that filesize range, actually an app bigger than that is rarer than you think (from what I've seen at least) And he doesn't wants to waste space on his ipod? tell him to delete that music and get more games (jk)
Should I get Fifa 10 with the current sale? I don't just want it for a sale. I'm a huge soccer fan, but I want the ABSOLUTE BEST soccer game for the iphone!

Try out the lite version. For me I thought it was too fast paced and I kept hitting the walls even when I adjusted the sensitivity. That and the high difficulty level made me pass
@ Kalke - Chop Chop Ninja is definetly worth the 99 cents. IMO it's easily one of the best 2D platformers for the system and has many levels. The gameplay is fantastic and you can't go wrong with 99 cents. @ Neehan - Fifa 10 from what I've heard is really good. But the gameplay in Real Soccer 2010 I find is much better and many people would agree that it is more superior than Fifa. There is also X2 Soccer 2009 which you can check out. Real Soccer 2010 and X2 Soccer 2009 both have lite versions, so be sure to check those out if your already haven't.
And X2 2010 is coming out (soon I would think). I would imagine that will top them all - it's gameplay is the best, so if they add all the features the others have, it'll be a winner. I don't have Fifa (though I think I tried the lite), but I have both RSs, and I personally like X2 2009 the best - it just feels the most fluid and natural - only thing is it's more limited on features.
The best MMO games? I was wondering what were the best MMO's on the App Store. I haven't tried any except for Eliminate Pro but i seem to have an interest in them now. Can anyone recommend me any GOOD MMORPG games for the iPhone?

I honestly cannot figure out what heck I am supposed to do on there. I played for like 30 minutes and all I could do was throw bushes and pots... That was deleted quickly. Anrufen is a free MMORPG. It feels broken, but it's worth a try. If you are just looking for a multiplayer game with wifi, than get Assassin's Creed 2 Multiplayer. It's still free and it is amazing.
Actually graal is amazing and a cool thing about it is the code changing, chatting, and the houses, and guilds that you can make it is free too!!
the thing about graal is you at first glance it seems pointless, there doesnt seem anything to do. But then as you dig deeper and play more you realize you can do so many things, like join a guild, capture a tower in your name, farm fo money, socialize, etc. And what makes it great are the frequent in-game updates so you dont really have to worry about apple approval services.
