Most Board games; scrabble, monopoly, life, trivial pursuit etc are always good for pass and play. Battle Blasters and Light Bike are good if you're both willing to play at the same time
Hook Champ is a fun little game, you should get that. And Last Front: Europe is the real deal if you're a TD fan. Well-polished and loaded with content, campaign and battle mode + an online mode. If you have enough $ just get both those games.

You definetley want skyway on fieldrunners, it owns. Fieldrunners is superior to bloons td so just get both maps unless you really like rpg's in which case you should get Crusade
Parachute Ninja and Battle Bears are easy to pick up and play for a few minutes, or play for a while if you want. They are both $0.99 and have lite versions to try. Not sure what you mean by the pass-and-play part, but I would guess that you mean you can pass the game around to some friends and they can try quickly. I don't think these games would work for that, though. If you are willing to spend $1.99, Tilt to Live fits perfectly. It's a great game.
Looking for More Apps, Maybe FPS/Rpg types and some good pick up i already downloaded heaps yesterday but my ipod still seems.. empty? so yeah $28 to spend
You won't regret it. But yea, I think it was mentioned somewhere in the Upcoming thread..I'm not sure how true it is I haven't been following the thread too closely.
