It sounded fishy to me at first, but they have an explanation for everything they do on it (all the info they take is your device id so they confirm you downloaded and used the app) and it works (pretty much a win-win for everyone, we get an app we want, developers get their money from the app, the site gets a profit, and the sponsors get advertised and downloaded a ton of times, don't see how anyone loses in this case). And It works too. From my usage of it, there's been nothing unsafe about it. Back on track to the MWSIG thread: Probably for sure getting Mini Motor Racing, possibly Sleepy Jack and Space Tripper, but that should leave me some money (for once). I've been looking at Giana Sisters, FIFA 12 (i already own 11 though and '12 is massive), NFL Flick QB (already own Pocket Passer though...), and also looking at Mike V:Skateboard Party: HD (looks like the premiere skateboarding game now out). If anyone can help me out with impressions/ tell me what's good about it/ rank the most important ones, it'd be much appreciated!
It sucks that codes are USA only, though I wasted 5 minutes downloading and opening three of the sponsored apps just to figure that out.
Bard's Tale Modern Combat 3 Grand Theft Auto 3 I can get 2 of these. Help me out guys oh, and i'm picky with performance
Just get it while it's 99 cents. You don't have to put it on your device now. The game is great, you won't regret it.
Not sure if they changed it, but can't you make a US iTunes account for free? Are there any major differences between FIFA 11 and FIFA 12?
What are your preferences? If you're a big fan of shooters, rpgs, or sandbox (fun games where you do whatever you want and all). And if you're picky with performance, I've heard there's lag/less stuff in GTA III on 4th gens and possible lag in MC3. Personally if it were me i'd get GTA3 and MC3, but I dislike rpgs, so....yeah. also @chrisl---in FIFA 12 there's a manager mode, daily challlenges (think they're still there) and some other odds and ends.
Lol never thought of making a new account And yea there are major differences. FIFA 12 has better controls, smoother gameplay, and a killer manager mode
I have all 3 and have played all 3. The Bard's Tale is 30 hours of RPG awesomeness. Then GTA III is well...GTA III. MC3 is cool if you really want the online experience, but I personally wasn't the biggest fan for several small (anal) reasons. Plus, with M.U.S.E coming out next week bump MC3 IMO. TBT=Pretty friggin smooth GTA III=Mostly smooth, I've had some lag MC3=I haven't played in a while so... (it was laggy when I was playing)
MC3 is the one to go. Played multiplayer for 120 hours and I have 41 more ranks to go. GTA is awesome open-world game that gives you lots of fun. Don't know of Bards Tale, but here's my answer. Get MC3 and GTA/Bard's Tale depending on other people answers.
Well, I hate RPG's, so this answer is biased. I would get GTA 3 and Modern Combat 3. They are both so awesome!!
What is the deal with Sonic CD? Why is it so good? Everyone says that it looks so good and the controls are so great and stuff, and I don't understand!
Sonic Racing. It's amazing, and by far the best kart racer on iOS (also has multiplayer (online & local) in race and battle, single player missions, grand prix, single races, and time trial. Really amazing. Though also do download Asphalt 6 since it's free right now (at least dl it for your computer).
So I've just sent off my phone for repairs... It'll be gone for 3-4-5 days. I think I'm gonna cry... How do I not go crazy in the meantime? On a semi-related note, I know there are games that are available on both iOS and PC, eg. Frogatto, Forget-me-not, or Super Crate Box. Any others?
Same here. Hate RPGs So I guess my answer is biased, but still MC3 is my biggest recommandation simply for the amazing multiplayer.
