Plants vs Zombies (best game on app store)
COD zombies (best fps, and always fun co-op)
Doodle jump (if you dont have this just buy it right now)
GTA CTW (the most complete game on the app store and great value)
GT racing, angry birds, labyrinth 2, space miner.*
Just some of my own personal faves

Thinking about getting BiA2 but ive played NOVA and MC. They were good but not amazing to me. Is there something special about it though?

Or should i get Battle for Wesnoth?
    Or maybe something else.

    Doing nothing of importance.

Idk if it's any better... I'm getting BiA 2 in about 2 hours and 45 minutes, so I'll give a definite tomorrow or so.

As for Wesnoth... idk. It has a ton of content, but idk how the game is. There's a free PC/Mac version that you can give a shot to see if you like it.

And Hysteria Project is free today. Get it now. It's insanely fun.

It's a movie that plays out and you pick your path, then have to touch the icons that appear on screen at certain times in order to make it out alive. It's a horror game and it's an actual video, not a cartoon. It's sort of like a slower version of Dragon's Lair where you get to pick your path. It's free for the rest of the day so go get it while you can.

There WAS a lite version out a while ago, but it doesn't seem to be there anymore. Otherwise it's down temporarily since the game's free for the day, but I highly doubt that. Get it for free while you can, since it's a ton of fun.

It's definetly not as fast paced since it's more of a horror style game. It's like being the dude trying to get away from the killer in a slasher movie. But, because it's from the App Store's olden days, there's absolutely no violence from what I saw. It's all implied, since you see the dude with the axe and it says "Game Over" or something. I played the lite back on my 1G and if you play with headphones it's pretty freaky.

    Angry Birds...now.

I don't know about BIA2, but BfW is amazing if you love turn-based strategy. The sheer amount of content is somewhat overwhelming, but definitely worth the money. I agree that you should check out the PC/Mac version to see if it's your cup of tea first. I do have to admit, though - I wasn't overly impressed with the PC version. Once it's in the palm of your hand at all times, though, I rather enjoyed it.

like a list of all of them? Too many to write, but I don't have a lot of popular apps. I'm cheap. Here are a few of mine- http://appshopper.com/user/cathy

I actually have tried Battle for Wesnoth on my computer..and I bought the .99 cent Heir to the Throne for my Ipod. I played a few scenarios and thought it was quite fun. A few performance problems..but not anything bad. Might get it or BiA.. still not sure.

Btw: What time does BiA come out tonight?

    Vacation time

Okay so I have a 5 hour plane ride to California and then an additional 2-3 hours driving that I need to kill. I already have my book (Frankenstein/Dracula can't choose) some work, and pokemon diamond for the ds. Now what I'm looking for is some suggestions for good games to buy. Money isn't a problem but battery life is, keep that in mind please.

    BIA 2
    GTA: CTW

You don't really need anything else.

Either could be played 8+ hours without getting bored of them.

BIA 2 has a singleplayer campaign of about 6-8 hours, then there's achievements and multiplayer.

GTA: CTW could last hours and hours, depending on how you play it.
I would say that you could play it for 24 hours and still have stuff to do/unlock.
