Well that would be Rogue Touch - if you want Rogue, that is. Other favorites of mine are 100 Rogues and Cavern. Legends of Yore is simple, but surprisingly good. Pitman has a unique style (and soon to have a music track of mine ) Powder has a lot to play for free, but I don't like it's iOS implementation (best on the GBA) Forget Me Not gets an honorable mention for being a nifty cross between Pac Man and Rogue.
There's always 100 Rogues that's free . Also: can anyone pick apart my current wish list? Here goes: Trenches, 9 innings, Sword and Soldiers, Pocket God JTU, Diversion/Mirror's Edge, Paper Racer/Reckless Racing (I think paper racer sounds pretty cool!), Aralon, and Max and the Magic Marker.
No idea how good it is, and i think it might be more 3d, but it's an online sniper game with chatting....$0.99 from Com2us. I don't have it, so i can't vouch for it though...
I know, it's sniper vs sniper online. It is good, I only wish it wouldn't have that suckie tilt controls x.x that's why I said: without tilt controls.
Yeah, sniper vs. sniper online (forgot to say the name ). There are very few online sniper games, though, and even fewer of decent quality. You'll find more fps than sniper games...
I know, but I got bored of all FPS games (played eliminate pro, all gameloft FPS's, COD zombies...) i heard about Online sniper League somewhere on forum (in one guys sig I think) and downloaded it. I really liked it, but the only thing I don't like there is that there is no chatbox.
Chatbox would honestly be a horrible fit for most shooting games. For OSL it would be at least better than some though. However, what's more apt to happen is voice chat. Btw, the devs are active on this site, you could send them a request
I don't mean a chatbox while playing, I mean it in a lobby or something like by sniper vs sniper. Btw what's the devs name here on forum?
There's no lobby or anything like that in OSL since it uses game center multiplayer. Even if you mean creating it's own chat network, it could only be used in game pretty much thus making it useless. However, voice chat might work. Go to the OSL forum to offer the idea or send a pm (unless that's a legal...I must be having a senior moment now that I'm a senior member ). And again, since no one will answer my wish list questions: which of these games are the best: Trenches, 9 innings, Sword and Soldiers, Pocket God JTU, Diversion/Mirror's Edge, Paper Racer/Reckless Racing (I think paper racer sounds pretty cool!), Aralon, and Max and the Magic Marker. @shankopotamus---yeah, it keeps timing out for me, but just on the computer. Works fine on my itouch...
1st to answer your wishlist: get Aralon: sword and shadow. Its the most advance mobile game yet, and you get everything for just 4.99$. If you like 3D RPG's then this is a game for you and you will spend hours in it. 2nd: they don't have a forum, it only redirects you to a thread on TouchArcade, so I'm going to post and PM the dev there. Also: why would text chat be uselles, if you say voice chat would be good there??? You type a word in 0.5 sec, so you would have alot of time between he dents you enemies to chat with you opponent. It would add the MP feeling...
I meant the forums ON toucharcade . Yeah, I might buy it eventually, but atm i think I'm gonna wait for one reason: I can get five other games instead of one And on the typing chat: yeah, it would be cumbersome and not have much value. But as fps games have shown, voice chat is possible and works...
Yeah. It's not working for me right now... Can't download some apps because it says iTunes is working and I cannot connect to iTunes.
Oh so app store isn't working. I thought it was my modem's problem... I would replace Trenches with S&S. Mirror's Edge is your horizontal runner with a story, relaxing music (oh god I love 'Still Alive'* not portal end credits song) and fun gameplay. Paper Racer/RR could be replaced by other top down racers such as Death Rally (ignore this if you don't like violence). And Aralon will blow you away in all areas apart from a cliched story (side quests are fun though).
