do we know what devices this will be avaliable on? Please tell me that my 3rd gen touch will be compatable.
Iron Monkey are pretty good with older devices support. Dead Space for iOS is supported for iPhones and iPods across the whole range, from the original to the 4S. I expect this to drop the very old devices; probably support for 3GS and above.
That'd be sweet. I think it'd be a great bonus if you got exclusive help rather than just "increasing your defense". Here's to being hopeful The gameplay looks new and interesting. This team hasn't let me down yet. The only thing is i wish we had a real shoot button. It looks like it'll do the shooting for you..
Dead Space launched at $6.99 USD, so I expect it to be around there. Funny how pricing to me is: $1, sure. $2, eeh. $3, yeesh, harsh. $5, ack, no. $7, sure, fine, fine. $10, that's expensive, but what the hey. $15, this isn't funny, Square ENIX.
Exactly lol I'm guessing 4.99/5.99 going by EA's pricing. Quick question, I haven't been keepin up very well, will this have multiplayer? As in, online?
I doubt it, but I don't know for sure. I can't tell from the youtube videos since I can't read Chinese or German lol.
We have no reason to believe they'll bother with multiplayer. I, for one, think multiplayer would ruin the game. Too much time and money goes into servers and development time for a mode that'll be dead in months.
Since I can read german here's what's in the main menu: - Play - Options - Shop (I smell IAP) - Info When the dude clicks on Play here's what's in that menu: - Continue - Chapterselect
Since you ARE german And yeah I could read the play and shop part, but thanks for clarifying the rest.
Where's shooting button? Is this the only way to kill- just select the enemy and the protagonist shoots automatically?
I'm quite sure it's tap (anywhere on the right side of the screen) to shoot. I'd preferr a shoot button...
I don't believe they'll put in multiplayer but if they did it could be a success. If a game is good enough, the servers for multiplayer won't die down. Look at Mc2, still going strong for multiplayer. That games about a year and a half old.
They explained the controls real nicely And I hope they fix that cover control thing the article was mentioning about. Kind of excited for the biotic upgrades!! They sound like a nice touch, like the slowing thing on Dead Space, but there's more of them! I'd say this looks better than IB2 even though IGN are saying different, but this part really caught my attention and got me super excited: On an iPad 2 I didn't experience any severe framerate dips or other technical hitches, even when 5+ enemies were on-screen (a feat IB2 doesn't even attempt). And this got me also excited: Players will periodically collect pieces of intel during each mission. These intel points can be uploaded to Galaxy at War via Origin to boost a player's ME3 "Galactic Readiness Rating." One nice touch is that iOS gamers that don't care about ME3 can redeem the points for more in-game credits instead. Really excited for this!
