Yeah, I totally agree. I love the balance on this game, so I'm not super worried. Somebody posted a link to some pictures of the game, I think in Korean, and it seemed to show two new modes, so that would be awesome. Definitely ready for the Guardians. Expecting we will never see X-Men or Fantastic Four, but there are so many other characters left that I'll live. Magneto, Nightcrawler, Cyclops, Kitty Pryde, and all the others would be nice though!
I stopped playing for now, just too much auto-grind for me, after I already grinded through Heroes Charge before this game. They need to provide a bonus stage where you get like 10+ clearing tickets per 1-2 minute clear so you don't need to watch your team grind through the same stage for the 100th time. Clearing tickets also should provide experience chips to again, reduce the boredom. As it stands it easily take 2 hours a day to grind through all the ISOs and gear stages. Way too much stamina with 4 stamina elites. There is also a huge drop off in progression once your character hits 3 stars. They really should put the 6 stars skill at 5 stars! At least something to shoot for! Went back to Hearthstone and damn, it is nice to play a game where if you get a card you don't need to spend weeks to level it up, dailies are short and sweet, every fight is different. I know it is Apples and Oranges, but Blizzard is truly an honest developer even in freemium and they can top US/EU/China/Korea grossing charts with a very soft freemium model.
After the last update on my 5s, it's been crashing on startup. Delete/reinstall didn't work again. So thanks for reminding me I still need to give Hearthstone a try! I forgot about it again thanks to when I could actually play this on my phone.
Agreed. I haven't been playing for a while for the same reasons as you. Daily grinds were taking way too much of my time. See you on the ranked ladder!
Also agree, the grind is insane in this game. Playing everyday to try and get those low drop rate bios is just ugh. Just got four star Spider-man, and now I have to go through the same shit for twice as long... Nope.
Villain Siege is probably about the best way of getting clear tickets in the game, but if you play one hero at a time, with close to a full roster it takes you quite a while to do. Add the grinding for bios on elite levels, gear on normal levels, ISO-8 on daily levels, and honor tokens on arena, and you've got a very time intensive game. That's not even including completing new elite or daily levels for the first time, or dimension rifts. I know for me it's a rare occasion where I get all of the above done in one day. Even more so the activities where I need to give the game my undivided attention (villain siege and clearing new levels)
I know it's probably not actually all that impressive, but I was pretty shocked when I saw it. Kingpin's AI was clever enough to cut me off with his rolling attack when I tried to kite around him. He must have deduced given my facing direction that I was going to try to run in that direction and he aimed in a way that intersected directly with my path. In retrospect, I should have been able to avoid it just be jolting in the opposite direction, but it was the last thing I was expecting, since I'm so used to the AI just throwing attacks at your current position, not any of your possible future positions, hence me just running right into his trap like an idiot. Have things like this happened to anyone else?
GotG? What i want to see is have them expand the team synergy system. For example, add Rocket Raccoon into the sharpshooter team, and using any 3 of the 4 will activate the bonuses. Another example would be to include Elektra and maybe even the Kingpin to the Hell's Kitchen team. Any combination of 3 members from the list can activate the bonuses. This should improve the synergy system by making team member choice a bit more flexible.
