You only get 2,500 gold when you open a dimension rift, and other players clear it.

 

Look for a team that has both a 2 man and 3 man synergy bonus. They stack.

 

That was my thought process as well, so I wound up buying the universal hero pack. Who did I get you ask? A whopping 1-star Ghost Rider.

 

Hmmm anyone got a hero ranking going on somewhere?
So far I know that BW is the best out of the three starter heroes. She's actually one of the better speed heroes I think.
War machine is better than iron man overall. Iron man's auto attack is pretty 'meh'.
Ghost rider is slooooww.
Hulk buster is good and his AoE attacks are good in clearing out mobs.
Captain marvel is who I'm going for from PvP points since I seen a lot of her in the rankings so she's prob good.
And Spider-Man is apparently damn good in PvP with his stun.

And I recently got luke, vision, and mockingbird. Any thoughts on them?

From previous experience playing heroes charge and dot arena which has a similar system it's not efficient to upgrade/train all heroes and it's better to focus on a handful of useful ones. So which ones are the must haves?

what about DareDevil?

What do you guys think about him? i got him from a hero chest. His stun attack seems pretty good for boss killing

 

What is the best strat for leveling up your core and alternate characters? Im struggling with getting things higher level.

 

Do the elite levels as high as you can manage to unlock bios for Black Widow and others. Then grind the elite levels for bios. Upgrade your gear when you have the parts and gold, up to level 9.

 

Luke Cage is my main brawler...definitely level him up. Mocking bird is good too and has the bonus of being able to purchase with Honor points.

Spider-Man is awesome, no doubt. My fun team for farming at the moment is BW, Spider-Man and Daredevil. Two stun characters is awesome plus they have synergy.

 

Is it me or non-stop tagging in characters and spamming specials is more effective than actually trying to avoid boss damage? You get 1 second invulnerability, launch the two specials and you are out.

Also, does triple attack scales up in damage later in the game? Seems to be just mediocre damage. I really love the Ironman + War Machine + Hulkster Ironman combo. You get a triple characte rbonus plus a double character bonus. But not sure if this team is worth it when you can't rank up Hulkster and Ironman is . . . mediocre.

 

Alright Luke and mockingbird then. Cap isn't that awesome and hulk buster isn't really farmable. I guess I'll go for luke to rank up for brawlers then.

Well I guess I'll just wait until there's another random hero box for 550 like the other day. I was ok with getting Daredevil.

 

I'm a big fan of Mockingbird. She has lower health, but she's awesome at hit and run....especially on bosses. Beef up her kick special (the twirling kick....whatever it's called) and watch lifebars disappear.

How do I make Hulkbuster fly forward (instead of walking) like he does in auto play?

 

Press normal attack FROM A DISTANCE. Each character dashes forward when he is to engage in close melee auto-attack, and in Hulkbuster's case, a hovering dash.
