Can someone provide a character tier list? Right now I am still using the starting three because you get them to 2-star quickest, but I am wondering if I should be farming for a specific character who is a huge upgrade over the three I have. Right now I use Ironman's AOE and ranged attacks to clear trash mobs, Black Widow on bosses with her instant DOT and ranged special, Captain America as an all-a-rounder. Does the boss fight become deeper than "running in circles and waiting for your cooldowns to come back, fire off your instant specials so you don't get hit, rinse and repeat"? If I stand still for even one second I lost half of my health from a boss special. Also is there a way to get clearing tickets easier? In Heroes Charge once you are VIP 1 you never worry about clearing tickets again, you get more than enough every day and never need to manually farm anything you 3-stared.
For myself, I like Black Widow the best of the starting 3, so I'm continuing to spend resources on her on a daily basis. My favourite additionals are War Machine, Luke Cage, and Captain Marvel, although I'm still levelling her up high enough to be one of my mains. And yes the boss fight is usually some combo of avoiding the boss specials and either running away or swapping characters while yours recharge. I find I don't use clear tickets much (only at the end of a gaming session or just before I'm going to hit a shield level up to burn energy before it will be replenished). There's advantages in having multiple levelled up characters particularly in villain siege, so I'll always run any farming missions with characters I want to level up as much as possible. My other general tip would be not to overcommit scarce resources (ISO-8, gear and ability upgrades particularly) too much until you've worked out which characters to concentrate on. Ability upgrades in particular start getting very costly from around (ability) level 23 up.
What happened to the GM awards?? More importantly, they really need to restore the gear-up chests back to the elite missions. They are really limiting now.
Are there any venom dimensional rifts? Typically elite screwed me when I only needed 1 more bio # In saying that I think the game has kinda balanced out in the past few days with how many DR's and bios have recently showed up But yeah are there venom rifts guys?
Just caught up on the weekends worth of posts. Hi to all the new players who've come on board. Feel free to add me in game (or game centre too) using gilberto3001. I send out avengers points daily, and am on several times a day. Just a reminder for everyone to log in each day at the moment to get those Hulkbuster bio's on login for a free 2* Hulkbuster (I'll have mine in 2 days time ). As for new characters, just have to grind those elite levels, be aware that Rifts costs +1 more energy each time you re-run it, so balance that with your need for clear tickets and dimension debris (it's why I only stick to the first level now as apart from Destroyer and Black Bolt rifts, I only use them to gain those consumables). It's worthwhile to use your energy each day to get the daily achievements done (get back some energy, gold and SHIELD XP, Honor Tokens and Chaos Tokens) then get to grinding for bios.
Ive already got 2 of the costumes and i spent zero on this game. Unless you play the game, then yeah, it'll cost you.
stats added on gear upgrade seem a bit too random at times what's the point of getting energy atk by lvl twice on hawkeye ...
So somebody said this was only in Australia? My iPad is dead or i'd check. but I don't feel like sifting through the 91 pages to see. :'( It looks good too
I got deep into ISO upgrades this weekend. Do this with great care, people. Things I've learned: Sometimes when you combine two of the same exact stat Chaotic gems, they'll come out with a totally different stat. I combined the Attack/Defense gem on my Spider-Man with another Attack/Defense gem and it came out as a Energy Attack gem. Worthless for Spider-Man. Same goes for normal gems. I combined two red All Attack gems and they came out as Energy Attack. Made the gem on my Blade worthless. Set Bonuses aren't hard to make. However, the game randomly chooses which set bonus to give you, even if you have the exact configuration you need. I saved up until I had the four gems needed for the Ruthless Attack bonus on my Iron Fist. When he hit 3-star, I slotted them - and got some other random set. You then need to pay 10,000 gold to attach a different Set Bonus, but it chooses them at random again. Then you just have to keep spinning that random bonus until it finally gives you what you want. So be careful. It isn't as easy to get you ISO gear bonuses and stats as it might appear. You'll end up spending a lot of gold to make it happen. So take care to get it right the first time.
You gain biometrics from completing missions the first time, and then subsequently by re-completing specific missions on the Elite difficulty. From the main screen, tap on team and you'll see all the characters at the bottom. Click on the character and it will tell u which missions you'll need to run in Elite (and how many biometric units of that character you'll need). 1* characters require 10 of their own biometrics, 2* needs 20 ect....keep in mind if your 1* hero required 10 bios to obtain him/her, it will be more for every new star you level then to.
Awesome info, for the heads-up. One more point is to take care in who and when you slot the ISO. It costs 250 gems to remove them (yikes!)
How many times a day can in grind for the bio on that specific hero? I tried doing this yesterday and I was only able to get a bio the first time I played it. Then every time after that I only got ISO-8.
My first day I received 25 I thought, then bought the VIP to get 75 more. If we now only get 75/day does that mean people who don't buy the Stark package get 0 crystals per day? If so, that would take a lot of grinding to get crystals!
You can play each Elite level 3 times per day. That's 3 chances at getting 1 (or more) bios. And then some character have multiple Elite levels where their bios can be found, giving you many chances to get bios. This is probably why Black Widow will be the default character for most players for a long time - she's incredibly powerful and very easy to rank up quickly since she has so many Elite levels early on. Bio drop rates are random. Don't try to think about gaming it or anything. I once did an auto clear at got 3 bios from it. And I've played the mission through and gotten 3. So you can have incredible luck (or be unlucky) either way.
There's no set amount of daily crystals everyone gets. It isn't like every day you play you get x amount of crystals. There's the daily check in rewards (the big calendar) which sometimes give crystals, and then there is the daily IGM gift, which is sometimes gold, crystals or energy of multiple sizes.
