Man, these advantages are huge. VIP people look like they get some actual gameplay differences. Regain health when tagging in? Autoplay++ (whatever that is)? I don't mind IAP one bit, but if you can buy stuff like this, then man. I just don't know.

I know... But unless someone spend at least $2000 on this game to buy crystal or they have VIP level 10, the VIP doesn't have much advantage imo. Im on VIP level 3 now, only got 4 clear ticket per day and -1 hours for my free dimension chest.

I have a few questions man... I hope you can answer them.

How do you get VIP status?
Does the Tony Stark Stash (the one that also gives you crystals each day) give you the VIP status?
Is the VIP status permanent or does it wear off?

    Thanks.

I'm assuming this launches in the U.S. In the next 48 hours. Any suggestions on what to do starting out? Grind old stuff early? Push through the story mode? Re-start if early random chances don't pay off?

You get VIP status by buying the crystal on the shop, requires a minimum amount of crystal to get on VIP status. For example, if you want to get to level 1 VIP you need to buy 200 crystal, and if you want to be a level 4 VIP, you need to buy 5000 crystal
Tony Stark stash will get you to VIP, but only the 200 you bought and not the accumulative 75 per day for 30 days.
    vip status is permanent.

Awesome... Thanks for your answers, i really appreciate it. Looks like it may become expensive, but at least they arent asking for it in one huge purchase. :p

Well i think its a bit ridiculous though :p i mean, you'll need $10000 to get to VIP level 15 :| that could buy me a cool sport motorcycle...

It disappoints me that they are giving the Whales and Hackers even more reason to do what they do. I don't mind IAP, and I love the subscription model of Tony's Stash - I'm buying that day one and every month I'm still playing the game. But it is sad they're taking the VIP status so far. So few regular people will ever see that stuff. Just the Whales and Hackers.

One thing I appreciate about the update is that Bullseye lost his rain of cards move it seems. (the one that basically denies you a place you can safely walk through, even after the visuals subside, so you had to assume where you last saw it is still dangerous).

Instead it seems it got replaced by a 4 card combo (where he spins to throw them) that are easily avoided as long as you keep close and circle him.

    ....

Still hating the lack of gear up kits on Elite missions though. Feels like it's going to take absolutely forever to decently upgrade anyone anymore.

I noticed something cool today while fighting the Destroyer. Captain America's shield dash "Valor" seems to render him immune to damage during the dash. Either that or it at least reduces enough damage so that I can't really see my HP budge while dashing straight through the Destroyer's face beam (quick glance of course, cause then I have to get out of dodge before he can punish me for my ambitious Valor use).

If I'm not mistaken on this, Cap could maybe be turned into a villain siege legend. I should take him for a spin against Bullseye next time, see if I can negate all lot of his bs with a well timed Valor. Anyone already run any tests with him?

Push through the story mode at both normal and elite level, upgrade and level up your starting characters as much as possible. Try to focus on a few characters at a time, as there's not enough resources (energy, crystals, money, etc) to upgrade everyone all at once, especially later once you unlock more characters. Also keep an eye on the achievement list when deciding to spend your energy, those energy bonuses from achievements can really help you.

I noticed this one too, that 4 card combo is still just as devastating if it hits.

Anyone else notice that the exp chips have gone down? Instead of 100 exp for lvl 1 chip you get 75
It's the little things like this that have changed and is making me hate the game.
The chips do #### all as it is why decrease them further??
Also I really don't understands how 25-28 lvl players on pvp can beat my lvl 30 #

Hadn't noticed the EXP chip change, good find.

As for timeline battles, do you make use of the assist heroes? Also, I find that in PvP the class bonuses make a difference. The other thing to consider are gear and skill levels. I know my lvl 32 Widow can beat a team of lvl 30's (typically a Cap, Iron Man and Widow) with the assists being used for instance. Widow is at lvl 10 on each piece of gear, skills are at lvl 20.

Yeah I feel like a bit of a cheat but I always use assist
I'm using lvl 30 blade punished and cap
And all there gear is at min 8 and some are 10
I know it comes down to iso8 and stuff but I just hate that lvl 25-28 can hold their ground when I fight them but I don't stand a chance if anyone's over lvl 30 #

So many factors other than just level .. mastery, ISO 8 and ISO 8 set bonuses, ability levels, team bonuses for certain character combinations. If you have a level 25 with level 25 skills, good ISO 8, and a mastery, they'll hold their own against a lot of level 30s (seen it myself when my level 25 Luke Cage was taking down level 30 opponents most times, and that's before they raised the skill level cap to match character level)

I really doubt if they had really checked the ratio of CRYSTAL vs REAL MONEY...Seems Netmarble just thinking in Korean currency lol:mad:
