Must have been my lucky day: I don't know if it's just random/luck, but I'm quite sure I got at least one of them from the breakable objects, until now I only health or temp buffs from then.
I got 2 Ultrons (he's at 19 now, argh!) and no Blades (also at 19, argh!). It really is random luck what you get. I now have 4 characters who only need one more bio to unlock. So maybe later today when I have time I'll get Spider-Man and Doc Ock?
I haven't got any in two days though, and that's the only character I want, because I already have blade. Plus after the event that Andrian lost, made me not want to play anymore. Because now, no one will get in the top spot instead of the same guy over and over again. They should have made it so the top 100 people don't get to play this week, so others could win or something like that.
I'm not talking about other characters, just the few I want and was going after. They don't give out any bios for some reason on my end.
Well, my advice is don't just quit the game like that... I know the update make the game harder, but this game is a marathon and not a sprint, so keep playing and enjoy it, while we wait for the initial release and see what this game has
Alright, I'll give it one more day, because as of now, this game is crap because the update they had. My opinion! I got a falcon guy, so playing with him for a bit while I wait. :/
I was giving priority to XP, gold, items and Bios for the few heroes I had, so was not putting much effort in rift quests or grinding hard elites. Just to cry on what I missed for a few days... how much the update screwed the dropping rates? Was so easy to get Destroyers and the other big ones?
Well I just ran a fee rifts and got zero bio's then ran a few elite stages and got several bio's so I dunno whats going on.
The update indeed drop the bios drop rate... Before the update, i used to get about 40-60 bios per hero on the rift... Now, i can barely get 10... But that's okay, it means that i can't finished this game quickly and i have something to play with in months.
OK, new hero report! Doc Oc is awesome to play with. He just runs around slamming people with those arms. Specials have great AOE too. Just fun to see and use. M.O.D.O.K. is hilarious. He special has some kind of stun effect. I'm hitting bosses with it, and they just stop moving for a few seconds. Really effective. Make grinding him a priority! Aaaand Mockingbird is a very effective brawler. One of her specials is a great frontal assault on multiple enemies, and the other moves her from one enemy to the next if the first is KOd, instead of leaving her standing while the animation finishes playing there like many others. Really good hero.
Tso don't worry, I almost quit too last night, but decided to give it another chance I see how it all pans out. Lol really wish I grinded those Destroyer rifts though when they were good. Don't let that get you down though!
I agree with you... There are some people who already have the destroyer at rank 5, but that doesn't let me down...
Anyone have any levelling tips? Getting bogged down and the grind is making me want to through my iPad away...
Leveling should go hand in hand with the other activities you're doing. Going into easy levels for bios? Take low level characters. Grinding lvl25 levels for equipment? Take one lvl30 and your two lowest to get them up. If someone is at max level, bench them unless you need them to carry your other characters. Etc.
