Do your daily checklist and take it easy starting out because you won't have much energy until you level up. Speaking of which, save Clear Tickets for when your account XP is almost full, and bump your energy down with those tickets because you get a full Energy reset. It used to just go over (so say you have 30 Energy left and you level up your account to have a max energy of 100. Well you'd have 130 to burn) but I didn't notice this last time I leveled up so I'd say be careful about this sort of thing.

Focus on one character at a time honestly, it'll go by pretty quick actually and your roster will slowly but surely expand. Pick one you like, but if you want to come out of the gate strong, War Machine, Vision, Ultron, Widow, Spidey and MODOK are a few solid choices that you can farm early on.

Around mid-game, don't invest too heavily (as in like, ISO placement, getting gear past 9) into a character until you know you're going to use them. But to know which ones "click" with you, I'd say you don't really know a character until you get them to 3 stars and at least level 25.

Speaking of ISOs, check the Iso Set Bonus. This is resetable, but for starting out, don't worry too much about them for now. Usually the starters are pretty good, so build to fit those.

That's about all I can think of at the moment. There's more but there's bound to be someone who can explain all this much better than I.

Is this game really that good or it's like Taichi panda that gets boring quickly and where you have to wait for 8 hours just to play for 90 minutes?

It's really that good but you have to like it and the Marvel universe because is is basically multi-tasking grinding. ;) Heaps of fun though.

Havent played Taichi Panda, but i can tell you this...

What i have realized in MFF is that the stamina system doesnt exactly force you to stop playing and wait for 8 hours like most stamina-based freemiums. What it does is it lets you open the app and force play sessions more often each day.

Stamina maxes out in 4-6 hours depending on your max stamina. The game gives you free stamina each day. There are missions that dont require stamina but are limited in accessibility each day. There are daily goals that help you progress also reward you with even more stamina.

2 hours per session is pretty common. You can get to 3 hours if you decide to use up the gifted stamina, even 4 hours at times if you choose to dump all stamina into that session.

The only way you will run out of stamina fast is if you choose not to play and spend clear tickets instead, in which case stages are instantly cleared and you just get the rewards for that run, albeit limited.

Dont get me wrong, i still loathe the stamina system even in this game, but the fact is, it almost never stops me from playing anytime i want, which is why i chose to keep playing this game.

Sitting on 5k+ chaos tokens. Can't figure out what to spend it on. I thought about wasp but I'm waiting on a possible drop from the daily. Pretty much leaves Hulk unless I want to gamble on the next update.

Edit: shield lab. Everything resets when you upgrade something. If you are doing the biometric swap (I know I said to wait but man do I hate GR), use your daily allotment before upgrading.

The cap is currently at 30 for Alliances. We may have a spot or two in a week (just waiting to see if anyone doesn't log in for a few days or not). In the meantime, join the Facebook group TA SYNERGY.

I was in the same dilemma because I am worried about when they change it again. I decided to keep dumping them into Star-Lord because well...he is awesome at 5 stars!

Let me just talk him up a bit. I have mine at 5 stars and gear only at level 10, skills around 25 (lots to level up still). He self-buffs his attack as leader and 3 of his 4 attacks are AOE attacks plus a super-awesome kiting move that gets him out of trouble like Spider-Man. His crowd-control is unparalleled. He is definitely top-tier.

For new players, your fastest path to top tier is:

    1) Put all of your energy on Giant Man and get his uniform once you hit 4 star. He has +20% offense / +20% defense 20 out of 30 seconds, plus 20% health from leadership. Just a great all-arounder and you get as many as 30-40 pieces of bios a day once you can farm difficulty 4 which isn't that hard because you get giant man himself as an assist. You can get him to 6 star before most other popular heroes hit 4 star, and a single 6 star character will allow you to clear everything in this game.

    2) Farm green goblin and get him +poison damage gear, he is on Spiderman's level (stronger vs bosses, a little worse than except you get 3 stages early (Spiderman's third stage is late chapter 8),

    3) Farm War Machine, all of his moves comes out instantly and stuns or interrupts, just a dominant character from start to finish.

You have a great RGB team that doesn't conflict on materials, use Giant Man as leader, put special dodge gear on Giant Man and War Machine, and you have a low cost team that can beat anyone from start to finish.

Not a bad team and a good suggestion. The only problem I would have as a new player with this is I wouldn't want to farm Giant Man levels continuously for about a month to get to 6 star. A good, fully levelled up 5 star team lets you get most anywhere with ease.

Most importantly, focus on getting a main team to 5 stars (this team is a good suggestion) and just enjoy exploring all the facets of the game.

Have 20k+ ATM and nothing in the Chaos Shop even interest me. IMO, I'd just wait till they have what you want in there. Seems every time they release a new batch of characters they slap one of them in the Token Shops

So what's Giant Man's kit looking like? Is it all AOE, does he have crowd control, how bout interrupts/breaks, some form of evasion? or is it just good stats?

Finally got my War Machine and Spiderman to 5* .. both go fairly well so far, now just need to level them both up more (they're only at circa level 36, whereas my mains are around 42-43). War Machine's ultimate in particular already seems pretty deadly.

Anyone got any ideas on making Villain Siege more manageable time wise, given that I've unlocked all but around 5 characters now? I'd normally do one at a time from lower levels up (matching to the enemy boss type where possible), but that's just going to take too long, but I don't want to "waste" characters by having too much firepower for any one boss either.

I'm interested but just started playing today. Would understand if you wanted to get someone with a little more investment in the game.
