Aw here I was all excited to finally get Ant-Man turns outs yellow jacket wasn't so epic. Have to go to mission two and defeat bowman first. Sigh... No more energy left. Edit: dumb me read the guide wrong it's in mission 3 not mission 1.
So whats up with the spec ops? I went through it All one time and then the 2nd time it jumps up to level 30? I barely have anyone over 20.
I think because it's unlocked forever so they have to raise the level so you can't keep grinding through it to get rewards
Is there a bug or bugs with Spec Ops that prevents completing tasks? I'm trying to complete "Nameless" (defeat Wraith in mission 3.2), but twice now I've met the objective but the task won't trigger completed.
Do you just mean the regular mission tasks? For some reason, that particular one only triggers when you beat Wraith on Hard in 3.4. Use the wiki: http://avengersalliance2.wikia.com/wiki/Task_List_Chapter_3 Also, just hit Rank 5! I guess I'll go for Rank S now, but yay! I like Nova a lot, so I'm pretty pumped!
Congrats to Jeritux and JC for rank 5!! Lol I'm at 7....getting there...tac Cap is at 29, Iron Fist just busted into 29, and comic Iron Man at 28. I also agree...LOVING the new PvP payout system #### Should be to rank 5 hopefully by Weds unless everyone and their grandmother floods 1-5
Thanks you will get there! I actually made it with Cap, AoU Hulk, and Hawkeye all around 23-24 level. A lot of it is luck I think based on what opponent you face.
I believe you have to complete it in hard and pick the tougher path. I haven't completed it yet but it's what I found on Reddit.
I just got to Commandsr level 12 and access to Spec-Ops. How hard is the Ant-Man one, what level should my heroes be? Is he worth the effort to get? Once I unlock it, so I have an unlimited amount of time to go for it? PS. Thanks for answering my other question.
I did Spec Ops first before I was focusing on chapters and PVP so I think you would be fine at your current level. It's not hard to complete at all just time consuming and uses up a lot of energy. Normally you would have a month to do it but because we used the unlock key for this one you have unlimited time. The game was in beta when spec ops 1 came out. Just be aware that you don't gain much EXP (none at all for your heroes) when doing Spec Ops so you might want to balance your time between the two.
Yeah I finally did yesterday. Running tac Cap, comic IM, and IF all now at 29. Now at rank 4, just seeing if I can get to S. I'm working on getting Hawkeye to 2 star as I like one of his abilities that counter attacks on attacked allies. I see potential with him, Luke and Cap....not sure if the AI would make it work well, but looks good on paper (like a lot of stuff did in the 1st! Lol)
Congrats!!! Well you don't have to worry about AI now in this one right?! So do whatever you can do to make your strategy work for PVP. Cap is great for defense and having the coordinated attacked ISO works well with him so your opponent attacks Cap and your other two heroes can counter attack.
I just pulled a 3 star Hulk, and his abilities seem worse than my 1 star She Hulk. I'm not talking about stats, but the abilities. Is there something about his abilities that combine well with others that I'm missing? Right now I use a 3 star Iron Man, 1 Star Iron Fist, and 1 Star She Hulk and they combo quite nicely. I'm about level 18, with only Iron Man above 20.
Hulk can be pretty powerful and one shot opponents. You just need to build his rage and use the confidence passive ability. Using him with the coordinated iso 8 has been very useful for me as his punch can be quite powerful. He's not the best character but he's not terrible either. He has very high health and defense though which is a big plus for long battles.
Hulk's issue is his lack of accuracy. You need to put him with someone who has an accuracy buff in order to keep his damage consistent.
