Yeah I accidentally pushed a button and it said pay 14 shards for the rest of the 11 masks I needed so I paid it. I figured spending less than a dollar to skip 2 days of grinding would be good
I came in to post the same thing. I had 11 masks and just for the hell of it, checked to see how much it would cost to shard the rest. I was...surprised: I still lack a few items to upgrade my robots and agents to level 4, but once that's done they'll have 1250 ATK. Upgrading Black Panther while arm wrestling Wasp had a funny side effect:
Came on to make the complaint about BP lvl 3 that you guys made last night... so I don't feel so alone. They just released those mystery chests with Giant Man costume for Ant-Man. More importantly (IMO) you can get some good resources for this event. I dunno.. I'm torn. Reading FB.. most people get Giant Man in 1-6 pulls.. but RNG-sus hates me. P.S. HAHAH I was right. 11 pulls to get Ant-Man. BUT of those I also got 20x Arc Reactors, 400 Infinity Crystals, Capts Jeep, Spidey's Bobble, Spidey's layer, about 30 plates and a couple 3-4k) thousand bars. Not terrible. About 600 crystals spent ($10)
I don't know how many people have played games with mystery chests before but if the whales buy these up the next event could likely have all the characters in mystery boxes so buyer beware. It's happened to me before. Also my games asks 95 shards per heroic chest so won't 11 pulls be 1,045 shards?? Which is $20 by the way
Were sif Ive pretty much got everything but spidys lair an giantman suit whn lady sif up for recruitment ?
I love this game, but I have to say it's really starting to get on my nerves lately... I was hoping to finally get Sif today but instead we got the stupid chests that cost 95 shards each which is CRAZY expensive. I am thankful that the grand prize is some Ant-Man suit and not Sif...
Didnt know i was a whale if im not buying anything sif is unlockable right ? Besides its not hard to save up infinity shards to get premium character especially at lvl 32. Besides the way i see it if its there money its there choice me personally if wolverine came up for grabs id prolly buy him js. If u cant stand it dont play it
I didn't call you a whale. I was speaking in general terms I have nothing against whales, really. I'm fine if someone wants to spend lots of money on the game. As the game is non-competitive, it literally doesn't hurt me. It actually helps me, because it keeps the game afloat. I'm expressing amazement, not condemnation. Either way, the game that creates the addicting need to spend tons of money is the problem, not the people who get sucked into it. (P.S. - I've put about $20 into the game, because it is very well made and they deserve it)
I didn't call anyone on here a whale. Basically I played a game about a year ago where all the characters and buildings for events were earn able or one time purchases. Then they introduced crates for an event, as a bonus, they didn't have anything important in them. But then they caught on with the heavy pay to play crowd and the next event it was just certain important buildings. But by the next event most characters and all the buildings were in the crates. I'm just saying I hope the 100% completion people don't make them a necessity for every event. 100% completion people or whales are people who spend $100+ per event by the way.
How are you accumulating infinity shards? I got the few from leveling and the one-time gift from whatever event.
There isn't a way right now to get infinity shards that I know of. I think a select group of players gets to watch ads for shards but not everyone gets this option. So for most players it's shards for money only.
I'm pretty sure the way to get shards via ads is if you've never spent money or spent under a certain threshold. After you spend that cash, you don't get the option. Otherwise, yeah, you can't "get" shards easily at an level. They toss a few at you for gaining levels, but nothing that would let you get even a single premium character.
I just got Black Panther lvl3, I was surprised the masks were so cheap... I bought them, no sense waiting for a couple days IMO! The lvl4 upgrade for Iron Robots cost 3 walkies, 100 Intel, and 2000 Vibranium; Cap's cost 3 belts, 100 daggers and 2000 Vibranium FYI. I've been saving the upgrade materials for Crossbones, but I might just get the upgrades first to speed up getting the materials, the upgrade adds 800 power (bringing it up to 1250); enough to defeat lvl 4 Hydra outright!
Toasty cat once u upgrade to 4 they give u the option to get more materials for upgrades and crossbones by using 2 lvl 4 to take out a lvl 5 so don't worry about using belts and walkie talkies you'll get a lot more
Good strategy. I've got a bunch saved and have been debating that myself. Good to know that you can beat a lvl4 Hydra in one fight. Thanks!
I've been doing the 2 robots or agents to take out the next level Hydra guys exclusively. You get more stuff over time, which is handy.
Yeah I figured you could make back more pretty easily, I just upgraded the Embassy first to get that done while I work on getting more daggers/Intel!
