Anyone else keep losing battles? I've lost my last two with three heroes going against two henchmen and a "high" chance of winning. After losing it says you have to improve your combat skills? Any thoughts?
Happened to me as well. But latest update added the skill training skill so I guess we need to train first now...
So I stupidly attacked a solider for the gamora mission and then the low level blue chitauri guys disappeard so between that and upgrading combat skills I don't think I'll ever complete the first challenge as I'm at 15/50 Also I don't seem to have the defend academy quest anymore I did the defeat 5 one and I've read elsewhere that people are doing defeat 20 and higher am I missing out on anything?
Hm... I did the "defeat 20 chituari henchmen" quest, but all it did is showed Ironman saying: "Good job!" and that was it. As for the challenge that gives you that bobblehead I couldn't care less about that quest to be honest. The thing you describe, about the weaker chituari guys disappearing is alarming. I wonder if that's a bug or something because I'm planing on fighting the soldier for the first time soon as well. Also apparently you can also get those skill boost during the fight. I didn't know that and spent almost two days on training my guys and avoiding fights...
According to TinyCo's FAQ page, you will be able to upgrade them after the event, but it will be extremely expensive. I'll find the actual quote...
According to this interview some pretty exciting things are heading our way ^_^ LINK: http://marvel.com/news/video_games/26019/guardians_of_the_galaxy_transfer_to_marvel_avengers_academy
I can confirm that the weaker enemies disappearing is not a bug. I just beat my first Chitauri Leader and all of the soldier-level Chitauri disappeared. Now I just have troopers and leaders available.
I don't have the AntMan yet but I know that TinyCo changed his voice actor a while back. And this morning I woke up to realize that StarLord's voice is completely different now, and the new voice is not nearly as good as the old one used to be... This is dumb...
How's everyone doing? I thought I was ahead of the curve for a while, but now Rocket Raccoon is out. I still haven't even gotten Drax! Takes forever to level attack and health to 5 if you don't get Star-Lord or Gamora's suits. As much as I love Star-Lord's other outfit, I'm really trying to hold off on spending any more money on this game, for a little while.
I only got Drax yesterday. And this morning next episode was released... No idea when I will be able to recruit Rocket, he needs so many things to unlock I did buy costumes for both Gamora and StarLord but I'm still have a long way to go before I could face Ronan... The training is taking forever... If only this event was not time-limited Also original StarLord's voice over is back! I'm so happy about that! ^^
Do you have to have everyone at level 5 to defeat the L5 enemies? I have everything but the L5 drops for Drax. And when can you succeed against Ronan? Thanks.
I thought Ronan youncan just keep battling iver and over. I am slowly getting my guys up there. Dont have Drax yet but getting there.
The training is definitely taking the fun out of it. I just got to level 5 for the three main guys and did not unlock Drax. Now Racoon and Ronan drop which will take days or weeks.
As info, Ronin wasn't terribly hard on my first battle. I have Wasp, Star Lord, and Gamora all at 5atk 5health, and they one-shot him. Hopefully, he doesn't get harder but just in case I'm continuing to train them as I wait for them to heal. Knowing that though, Rocket may actually be obtainable
You fight Ronan daily. He's easily beatable with heroes that have Level 5 skills. At least, today he was - good bet he'll be stronger each day...
Hey hey! Ronan is more than daily: he comes back an hour later! Also, as long as you don't die, you gain more level up items with each successive win within 24 hours from the start of his daily timer. Long to short: get back in there!
Oooooh, that makes sense now. My Ronan just reappeared. OK then. So trying to save up health packs and disrupters for multiple battles in a row is probably a good idea, huh?
