Thanks! That's what we're hoping. We're trying to grow a list of reviewers who like the game so that when we release the iPad version we won't be starting from scratch.
Wow, 47 five star reviews out of 47 reviews Game looks great and i'm really curious, downloading it now!
Awesome, I hope you like it. If you do, make it 48 A game company in Bali! AWESOME! I just went for the first time in May and had an incredible time (long trip from NY). Was very inspired by the art + ornamentation. I love your site. Have you released any games?
Also, the game's theme song was inspired by this sound clip... from a Balinese Xylophone. http://www.freesound.org/people/adamfk/sounds/83614/
There, it should be 48 five star ratings now, plus one new sale Congratulations to a truly awesome game! This game deserves to be experienced by everyone You can really see & feel the time you guys spent to make it perfect, and let me tell you: it was worth it! I wasn't annoyed by a single thing or thinking "this could have been done better", that doesn't happen often for me lol. And the swipe function to restart the level: simply brilliant! I kept thinking:"why have I never seen that in a game before"... so simple, but so smart. Job well done, a game this polished will hit it big sooner or later! Ah nice, glad to hear that you had a good time in Bali. And thanks for the comment about our site. We only started developing in September last year, so we haven't released any games yet. But the graphics you see on the frontpage of our site is backgrounds for our upcoming game: BaliFied. It's a turn based word game with a Balinese theme Nice you got inspired by the Xylophone for the music, that must be why I like it so much

Thanks so much for the review and the kind words! It means a lot. I also appreciate the shout out about the swipe-to-restart. That was one of my favorite features. Please put us on your mailing list for BaliFied. info [AT] feedtank [DOT] com. The graphics look awesome. Thanks again!
Done and done! We will keep you updated about any news regarding BaliFied. And thank you too for the kind words. Btw, I'm halfway through the Exploration pack now, still love it! Had to use the swipe function a lot on Lv 17 though hehe
Best way to promote your App While talking about promotional strategies, you should promote your app in a unique way. I can type some: You can request some review sites like 148apps.com, appcraver.com, etc to review your App. There are free too. This helps you to know the pros and cons of your app. Go for some popular press release sites like prmac.com that makes some noise about your release and brings you more exposure about your Apps. Place creative ads on high converting sites which will increase leads and awareness and hence attract the users. Share your link in social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube which will generate more leads towards your app
Thanks! We've been doing most of those things. It's been a slow process... reviews come a few days / weeks apart. Great news though. Pangolin is currently New and Noteworthy in the UK iTunes Home Page, and then New and Noteworthy in Games in 40 other countries (France, Germany, Taiwan...)!
Thanks! The numbers have been a little less than anticipated... though I'm definitely not complaining.
December I made the same mistake for releasing in December How many days did it take you to arrive at New & Noteworthy?
Well at least i left a good review there! Also brought the addon pack on monday. Still think you need to bash out an ipad version
It took about a month. I have no idea how we got on there. I'm very curious. I wish I knew how it happened. I'm sure being N&N on the US Store would be worth more than the 40+ countries we got combined.
Also, I'm sorry about your release date mistake too. It's a big deal... I wish I knew about it earlier. Would be good to help spread the word to other indies.
