Been curious about this for a while and seeing the recent rise on the TA list, peaked my interest. While not absolutely evident by the screenshots, but as indicated by the description, this is a 2048 style game. With that being the case, the only real difference between this and the thousands of clones that followed "threes" (including 2048), is the highly polished, magic themed ethstetic; that and the various items you can use to undo mistakes. While this is by far one of the most creative and fully featured in the genre, the differences are fairly shallow, with the core mechanics following the tried-and-true. There is an interesting factional element that, depending on your alignment, your score will contribute to a global light/dark score. While I'm not too excited by the extra features, the game play is otherwise solid and satisfying. I did have serious reservations at first due to the play area existing in only a small portion of the screen, that is, untill I found the view button that positions the camera top-down, right over the board. Ahhhh, that's more like it. Perhaps my apathy over the extras will change once I figure how to use them proactively, because, by the time you've filled up the board, it's probably too late anyway. With or without those do-dads, this might be my "threes" of choice if I had to choose just one.
@gmattergames, re: using the extras: I found that adding Stones is the most important extra in longer games. Took quite some learning process for me until I could play comfortably, and I still cannot complete every Challenge they throw out. While swapping two Stones' positions or removing a Stone from the board have their uses in a pinch, the best approach is to avoid getting into a situation where you need them (not always possible, though; I had to do serious board cleanup several times) , as they are pretty expensive in Mana cost. E.g. if you only have moves left where your "main row" would move to an unfortunate position - and most likely a new Stone would spawn in a place where you really don't want it - adding a cheap new Stone (mostly the first one) in a position where I can for example push it into another to fuse them saved me headaches countless times. Oh, and don't forget the good old "Undo last move" much easier to just cancel an unfortunate swipe in the wrong direction or a careless move, than trying to repair the damage.
I want to thank you for such detailed and intersting review! I hope you will find daily puzzles and upcomming features fun and challenging

So I take it that's the press release you referred to earlier? Congratulations! Very well done and deserved! By the way, there was a thread a day or two ago where another TA user asked about setting up a VR subforum. If I were you, I'd drop a thread in the "General Discussion" subforum about your prize winning as well; and clearly tag it VR in the title. Maybe even alert Eli directly; from that thread I got the impression he's already evaluating setting up a VR section. Things like this show that VR is slowly picking up steam.
Yeah that one and we are really really happy about it! Thanks for support and kind words ! I hope we will get visas in time and Attend Casual Connect Amsterdam and maybe we can meet there soon
Great, best of luck! Question: I just took a closer look at their homepage, and it seems they are not open for the public. Do you know how that works when all you want to do is come by for a drink and a chat for a few hours?
Got Visas, Let's meet in Amsterdam ! I guess you can also enter at exhibition np and there's are after parties every day!
