Yep, I've also failed to win the Brick Breaker achievement, even though I'm pretty sure I've beaten it several times. Edit: Second on the No Continues leaderboard, woohoo! I'm coming for you, Matt33!
I keep losing coins (resets to 20) which sucks but it looks like this is a bug that others have already mentioned. I really like this game but there have been a few times when survival didn't seem possible due to the position/timing.
Hi everyone, Thanks for your comments. Just to let you know that the developer of the game has been working since launch to squash bugs that have been mentioned and we already submitted an update which should launch soon. It does not address every bug but does I believe cover the biggest ones. He is still working to fix further bugs but wanted to get an update submitted with what he could before the weekend
Aside from fixing the coin loss issue, I'm noticing lots of little game tweaks that make it a more enjoyable experience. Thanks, Nitrome & Folmer Kelly!
Think I've found another bug - I can't seem to get the "unlock all characters" achievement. I haven't got any more left to buy! Think it's a bit like the Brick Breaker achievement, which didn't work until it was fixed in the previous update.
Weird review. This is Leap Day Monochrome edition, and yet it only gets 3 stars? This is Leap Day, Play This If You Have A Nostalgia Boner For GB Games. Whoch I do. Same plusses, same minuses. Which is, fun but not ¥360 fun; play until an unskippable ad pops up then quit and do something else. I like the game, but the remove ads price is beyond how much I like it. But def fun and many will likely feel it's worth it, so give it a try!
