You forget that EA was able to release the Sims 3 on the exact same date as the PC version so obviously, EA and Apple had some type or deal going on. I'm not exactly sure about this one though.
Well, it doesn't appear that it will drop today - surprised since the Sims 3 was also synced to release at the same time as the PC version. The only reason I can think of for that is that the game isn't ready from a technical standpoint. If that's the case, then I'm OK with it being delayed - guess they don't want it to be another NFL 2010.
The press release for the console versions mentioned that the mobile phone/iPhone version would be available in September.
I hope they add Michael Vick to the Eagles roster. Cant wait to see what my Chargers look like and i hope for a very in depth franchise mode (Training Camp, preseason, trades, signing, create a player, Owners box, etc...)

Andy Reid is smart for picking Michael up. Mcnabb is not a leader and history shows he will be out mid to late season due to injury. I wish mike the best after...only time will tell. He is the perfect fit for the Westcoast offense and he (even though he has been gone) is still most likely a better QB than the back ups in Philly and probably most other teams back ups. I'm positive he is still a better athlete than most. You never know.
They drafted Kevin Kolb in the second round last year. Vick can't play until midway through the season. Vick will probably never be a starting quarterback in Philly. He'll see more time as a split end or some kind of running back running an option.
Wrong. All they had to do was get approval in advance of the launch, then wait until the PC launch date. Anyone can do that.
Kevin Kolb over Michael Vick = no contest. Andy Reid wouldn't have picked up Vick if that were the case. You would you honestly pick Kolb over Vick? Come on... Vick is eligible to play the last two preseason games and then he sits no later than week 6 (Oct 18-19) contingent to Tony Dungy's progress report back to Roger Goodell. I agree with you that He will be a special weapon in the wildcat offense and other offensive packages. Andy Reid is Genius for picking Vick up because he is a perfect fit for Reid's playbook and mentality.
