Madden 10

it saids they assume the iphone madden 10 will be shipped with the consoles. That doesnt really mean its going to come out at the exact date. No screens, no info, no video. i dont even think there done with the game.

Well the date was obvious but at least this confirms the game is progressing away the whole time.

 

Is the Madden 10 app going to be a football game or is it just the franchise thing?

 

Probably just an exhibition football game and if we're lucky, a season mode. Franchise as another user here said, could be a whole app by itself.

 

If they are still working on it, they are sure cutting it close if they think Apple will have it reviewed by or around August 14.

 

2 things:

1. I said the online franchise app is to accompany the console version. It isn't a game. It's a program used to run the franchise on the go.

2. Have you played tiger woods. If yes then I'm not sure why you are doubting if no then I'll explain. Tiger woods was loaded with a full calendar season, 7 courses, about 4/5 game modes and character custumization. It's a very full game and I'm pretty sure madden will be the same.

 

EA usually is pretty good with marketing stuff and making people aware before it comes out. I'd be shocked if it comes out anytime soon. It's a mobile game, don't think it's at the top of their priority list.

 

Actually I think it is high priority because ea mobile makes, you guessed it, mobile games. They have a division for the iPhone stuff.

what was the point of that. They have been around for ages. I saw them soon after e3.

 

Im pretty sure itll come out on August 12th since the other madden console games come out

its not a game...its a app to check your franchise information and details on the go its an addon for the console versions and has nothing to do with the madden 10

 

That was one of EA's first apps ever. The "Fantasy Franchise Online" checker thing. It was there now it's gone. So basically they're putting that App back in the store only with a Madden 10 skin. What a rip-off.
