i just saw in a site that there will be an exclusive 3gs version of madden 10,and it says there that it will be $19.99 or so,and it will have wii-like controls,but it looks dumb,hahaha

If EA does plan to release it on the 10th (you never know), i'm sure TA and some other gaming sites will get a teaser vid in the next few days.
What's amazing to me is that in the comments after the fake story there are people who are mad that they can't get this version of the game. Stupidity knows no bounds...I mean if the picture of the supersized iPhone wasn't tip off enough, to then believe that you strap it to your foot to kick...amazing.

Well, the CNET report from 2 weeks ago (http://reviews.cnet.com/8301-19512_7-10316401-233.html) just says: "EA Sports has formally confirmed the release of the game with some screenshots and a promise that it will be available 'in time for opening day', which is September 10." Which I guess means that it could possibly be out before Thursday.
I think it has already been approved and will be out the same day the ipod touch 3rd generation is announced.
My thoughts too, I figured they would demo the game at the Apple event on the 9th and the game would be availible shortly there after (like Star Defense earlier this year) - I'm kind of expecting this to be the case with Eliminate (aka LiveFire or KillTest) as well
YES. The EA mobile twitter was asked specifically about that and says that it will be available for non-US countries. Also, their Facebook said earlier: Hope everyone enjoyed the holiday! Big announcement on deck for this week so stay tuned... It should be out tomorrow or Thursday.
