The new Mad Monkey update was just approved and it should be live within the next few hours. Update Highlights: For people that were annoyed by the monkey, you can now poke him anytime you want and annoy him back. A new monkey is hidden somewhere in the app, along with his own unlockable speed bonus level. GameCenter added for Overall High Score. Lowered the point requirements to get stars and unlock the other levels since it was a little too fast for some people. Added a new tune to the lab level, but now there are some electrical problems with the lights! Added a little intro with the voice over from a user that sent in a funny sound clip saying "Mad Monkey Mad Mad Monkey". Its very funny. For people that have no idea what this game is about... This game includes different little monkeys in each level throwing down various objects at you, while you slide a set of baskets back and forth trying to catch them all. If you let too many objects hit the ground, you lose. As you catch the objects (fruit, junk food, sushi, etc...), the monkey gets faster and faster. Each level has different twists: a cartwheeling circus monkey, multiple cloned monkeys and disappearing ninja monkeys. The pace increases very quickly and its very addictive to try and get the five stars on each level. The gameplay is inspired by the Atari classic, "Kaboom!".
