i've bought games before that were announced as being on sale, and then going free a couple of days later, it's kind of annoying but having a sale and then reducing the price further the very next day is a bit much. poor strategy from MumboJumbo. hold out for another day guys, maybe you'll get it free
I didn't see the big deal until I watched the video Hab posted today. Habakuk, thank you for not posting it until it dropped to $1. You rule!
I didn't play much of my earlier Luxor purchases but for a buck I bit on the new one. I am glad I did. The vector graphics look great on my new iPad and the gameplay is fun. MumboJumbo just makes quality games.
You're welcome, CygnetSeven! Thanks for your kind words. Hope you enjoy the game. Okay this Zuma/Luxor formula (eliminate all of the balls rolling around the screen along a given path, with other matching balls, before these rolling balls reach the exit) is from 2004/2005, so I wouldn't call it retro yet. Maybe retro-styled. Evolved is the most modern and revamped version of this formula and clearly worth the buck (even more).
Haha i just noticed this but why has the guys name in your quote been replaced with little sh!t emoticons??
EDIT: Nope... not suitable for people who are colorblind. Just like ever other ****ing Luxor game. Do something about this MumboJumbo. Seriously. Colorblind folk, get Zuma's Revenge (which has a colorblind mode) and avoid the Luxor series like the ****ing plague.
I wouldn't have bought it at 4.99 but at 99 cents it was worth the try. Pretty good zuma type game. I prefer zuma revenge, but am enjoying this one too.
Pretty good I think between Zuma and this, probably zuma is better. Luxor controls aren't that great and my finger gets in the way of seeing the ball launcher. I like the graphics and music. But for $0.99, it is well worth it. I wouldn't spend $5, but for a buck this game is quite good. Plays well on my new ipad. Seems like the balls would be really small on an iphone though. Would recommend to buy between one and three dollars. Otherwise you are probably better off buying Zuma. So long, From the Connector!
