I bought a Philishave sensotouch yesterday from argos for £105 which is probably a lot and actually the first time I've tried an electric shaver as up until now I've been blades, but to my surprise I looked at the argos site today and the exact model I bought has just went up £55. Must be the first time I've ever bought something and the price has went up afterwards, it happening less than 24 hours later makes me feel pretty good about my purchase. Shaver itself seems pretty good I knew it wouldn't be as good as blades beforehand but it's actually pretty close and will hopefully save me a lot of time, ironically I only went for this model because the Remington I wanted was out of stock.
I like a good set of quality headphones as well, My real problem with headphones at the minute is trying to find a pair with a microphone as well for Skype/Talktaone on my Ipod. I'm not sure if it's where I live but I've yet to find a real good quality pair so I've been alternating my good sennhiessers with no mic and a reasonable but not great pair of philips which have a mic. Can't stand the apple buds at all though they couldn't make them more uncomfortable if that is what they were aiming for they are a terrible design.
I would personally recommend Skullcandy 50 50's. I'm not sure if you're looking for in-ear headphones, but these are quite good in my opinion.
Unless you bought from a trusted source, chances are that they are fake. I have a friend who has a real pair from best buy, so I can easily tell the difference between the real and the fake by looking at the box, and at the cloth, case, etc.
I guess I got lucky then. I bought them from a guy on Craigslist. They are 100% authentic (I even compared it to one of my friend's who bought it from BestBuy). They're a little used, though.
Are you sure? Headphones are the only thing I can't tell the difference from. Did you get a box? EDIT: My lucky moment was when I got a RROD xbox from my friend, I fixed it 2 hours later with a oven reflow. The console was a Jasper motherboard revision, and the kernel was 7363, so I jtagged it and made a mega score. My gamer tag has 10th prestige in MW2 now because of it, via system link.
Had a look at them I'm sure they are quite good I'm just partial to sennheiser as a brand I think I'll probably order a set of their "CX 880i" 's they seem to do what I want and are just about in my price range I would usually just buy headphones of the shelf but it's trickier this time because I need the mic. Kind of wish I was able to get their "IE8i Professional" model but no way could I justify spending almost as much as I did on my ipod on a pair of earphones I bet their really really good though.
Whenever I order 10 wings at Wingstop, it always turns out to be 15. Seriously, always. Getting a meal for 2 for $5.99. Their veggie sticks are awesome too at $0.79 for 10 large pieces of celery/carrots. I paid $300 for my Studio Beats, lol.
I just picked up some Bose MIE2 headphones with the clicker and everything, they are really awesome and are pretty much universally loved. Check em out.
Can't take a picture of the box cause I'm currently on vacation. Here's a picture of the actual headphones and the case, though. I can give a picture of the box in around a week.
I got Sony wireless headphones for £30, next day they were £85 and within the month, unavailable everywhere! I think that's awesome, and they're such good quality, lasting a good 3 years so far. But usually my tech purchases do the opposite and drop substantially within weeks!
What kind? I bought the Sony DR-BT140Q for $60 and I haven't seen them for under $100 since. I also paid full retail for a Virtual Boy and to this day I don't regret it.
No, I got these: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B000QIMQAI/ref=redir_mdp_mobile/275-2701041-2562733 As you can see, they're out of stock on amazon too!
