Cracking game, love the humour. Well worth the price.

Is there any way to slow down the
    Skylark, aka birdship
    ? It's very difficult to
land in a tight spot to pick up some of the stones. I'd be fine with it moving one block at a time like normal movement.

    Help Please

So I have two of the three
    parts of the amulet
    but I cannot find
    Marge
    .
I also have completed three of the four
    challenges for the Trontitus
    but can't find the fourth
    Wizard's club
    .
    I've been to
Yerba Buena, Low Town and Willow Keep.
    Where is the fourth?

Subtle hints would be greatly appreciated.

Also, to the developer, there might be a bug because I solved the
poetry puzzle and found the white orc
but the Oracle still leaves that window open.

    Thanks in advance!

Have you found the town of
    Lazlo
    yet?

    Also regarding the
White Orc, did you complete that quest or just find the Orc? I’m assuming you got the mark, in which case it’s probably a bug. Thanks for letting me know about that.

Thanks for responding! Based on an earlier hint you gave, I found that city (missed it somehow even though I went all the way around that continent), and I also found the person I was looking for. Thanks again!

As to the quest I mentioned, yes I did get the mark.

    Love this game.

    Hey ardy,

Thanks! Can you tell me more about the Oracle thing?
Did you talk to the Oracle before you went and found the White Orc? Or after? And do remember what he said? Did he get to the part where he tells you what to do about the Orc? Finally, do you remember if initially he shut the gate and then later it was open again? Or did he never shut it? Thanks!

As far as I can remember, the Oracle never told me about the white orc and never closed that window. She just said "come to me re poetry" and that never changed, even after I killed the orc. I'm pretty sure I completed in this order: spoke to her initially, found white orc, was killed and got mark, spoke to Merlyn, spoke to Oracle with no change to initial response.

Ok, that helps, thanks! So when you go there now, the Oracle just says the same thing he/she always did about poetry?

Yes, that's right. The problem might be that I achieved the mark before talking to Merlyn. So I never talked to the Oracle in between receiving the challenge and obtaining the mark

I'm finished, which is kind of depressing since well, I'm finished. I went through and cleaned up all the remaining loose ends, beat all the temples, took weird items to weird NPCs and such.

I have found one instance where it's difficult to completely explore
Bony Hole. I have long since finished Offerman's quest to get 10 Life-jackets from the skeletons. But when I revisit Boney Hole there's still lots of skeletons that drop life-jackets. They are auto-pick-up and if I try to drop it I get the message "You must return the life-jacket to Offerman!" This causes you to eventually become overburdened, and when you go give Offerman the life-jackets, the Bony Hole resets upon exit. Is there a way you could make the life-jackets drop-able or even unavailable after you have completed Offerman's quest?
The completionist in me wants to see all of this dungeon.

Also, on completion of the game, I suppose there's no reason to
    keep the Stoneseeker or stapler
    .

Finally I read somewhere (either on this forum or in-game prompt) that you could either
wear the Alligator Boots OR Boots of Balin. I currently have them both equipped. If that's a bug, please don't fix it!
    ;)

Time to play the original Lowlander now!:D

    Hey Zuzax,
the skeletons should not continue to drop life-jackets -- that must be a bug. But what else is there to explore in that dungeon if you got all the jackets? It's supposed to be the case that you can only get 10 by working all the way through the dungeon.

If you get a chance, upload your game so I can check it out. Use Load Game, then Copy, then Send from the title screen. There's no reason to keep the Seeker or stapler, no. Can you drop/sell them? I forget.

I think the deal with the boots is that it considers them both equipped at once.

Ok I'll send you the game file. I ran through
    Bony Hole
again to make sure I had this written up correctly and I still
can't drop the life jackets but now Offerman won't take them back. Earlier he took them back but now I can't trigger that option.

Previously when I did his quest I had very little inventory space so I went back and forth a few times with one or two lifejackets until I got to 10. Now in God Mode I just freeze everything and go around them. I hadn't seen much of the 2nd level, but I have compulsive dungeon disorder and needed to see every block.

    Sounds like a bug.
A skeleton who has once given you a jacket should not have one after that. You have to get all the way to the bottom to get all 10. At least that is how it is supposed to work!

Just started LL2, loving it so far! Are there plans to put music in? Totally miss it from the first one, even if it's the same tunes as the original.

Yeah, sorry about the music. The guy who did the title theme was going to do a soundtrack but it wasn't ready when I launched. I do hope to get a soundtrack in there one way or another eventually!

Any chance of a hint on this?

I got the canoe, but have no clue what to do next.

    My quests are:
    1) Frogs for Poor Bill
    2) Spellstons for Bob the Wizard
    3) Deliver Kings Note to astronomer Flagellen in the Great Southern Observatorium.

When I head south, I see a cast in a lake, but it is not accessible. I've talked to a bunch of townsman, but no luck helping me forward. I missed something no doubt.

    breban1,

When you say you head south and see a cast in a lake, you mean a castle? Why isn't it accessible? Have you explored the area south of Virga, where you first got the canoe?

    breban1 Well-Known Member

Yes that was a typo, Castle.

Well, I did now! Got a couple more quests, a bit vague from
    Merlin
so it may take me a bit to figure out. I'll come back if I get stuck! Thanks!

    Okay, I'm an idiot.

I didn't realize there was a way to the
    Observatorium
    via
    canoe
, doh! For some reason I thought I needed to find someone that would make a
    bridge
    or something, ha!

    Also, the
    Observatorium
    was awesome..
    cut scenes and all
    !
