I will send you my game and they're actually might be two things I need you to fix I was just talking to Bob the wizard and initially he was telling me that I need to sneak into the castle through a crack and get some kind of a ship together the rest of the spell stones but then he noticed I didn't have the fire armor and then gave me a portal to leave through I decided to leave his house not through the portal get back in my canoe it when I went back to his house the portal was no longer there I'm not sure if I should be poking around in yayaks castle -- or if I need the portal ? Either way game is sent Thanks man -- really!!
Hey Jalgayer thanks for sending that. I didn't see anything wrong with the Zordmurk part. You just have to Spoiler hit him with a freeze (TARAT) spell. That will stop him in his tracks. However, yeah that portal thing is a bug, thanks for finding that! I uploaded a new game for you, code 'Jalgayer'. It has the portal. Let me know if you're able to get Zordmurk...

Jalgayer -- Becky is the one who told you about the one-armed man, right? Spoiler She said he lost it to a gator. You may have run into him earlier and forgotten you met him. As far as Shangri Lo goes, Spoiler the Oracle is your friend there.

Music? This game is fantastic. It really hits the right balance and tone to bring back the sense of fun and adventure from the original Ultima games. I've nearly finished the game and have a few questions: Is there supposed to be music? If so I'm not hearing any. That's the one thing missing IMHO. The music transitions between overworld and combat in Ultima IV are still memorable to this day for me. Also, Spoiler I can't find Riverwood to get the last piece of Tontritus. Is it meant to be hard to find? Is it inside Yarak's demesne? Lastly, it's really really bad for a mobile RPG to lose progress if it's killed from the background. I lost about a half hour of progress after taking a phone call and browsing the web a bit. The game should auto save any time it goes to background. Thanks!
Thanks n8gray! There's no music right now -- I hope to add the soundtrack in a future update. Spoiler Yes you have to navigate the maze to get to Riverwood. It's out the top. I'll look into the auto-save on background, but Gamemaker is pretty limited in how it interacts with the OS of various devices.
New Sweden I've been there, but can't remember how I got there. Also - Bob thank you for the offer of the save fix after the Bob the Wizard thing. I started a new game and got much further. I do, however, still have one saved game in the broken state. Would you benefit from having it? I could still send it, but wouldn't be looking for a fix, myself.
shapshank you had the issue with Bob in Shatner's dungeon,right? Thanks for offering but I'm pretty sure that's fixed now. If you talk to Bob from the front entrance he will place the warp gate between you.
Spoiler One of the dungeons will dump out out in the northwest corner of New Sweden. It's also not hard to get to. You just need to have the alligator boots. You probably need to have picked up the alligator boots by the time you find yourself in that dungeon that leads to New Sweden anyway. I'm not sure how you'd ever leave New Sweden otherwise.
New Sweden I found a Spoiler dead guy on an island with a note that whoever finds this deliver to my daughter Greta in New Sweden. I did that, but Spoiler when I find Greta again afterwards nothing happens -- I can't seem to give her the small ruby (or was it emerald? I have both in my inventory). I'm wondering if I missed something?
I remember it being a Ruby. You get a nice gold reward for giving it to her, but it won't really affect the outcome of the game.
Hey Lex I think it was a Large Ruby. Is it possible you sold it? Like hyperlink says it doesn't change the game, I think she just gives you more money than you'd get by selling it.
Ah... I probably sold it if it was the large one. I feel bad she'll never get it now and learn the fate of her father.
Finished I'm so bummed out. I finished Lowerlander! Now I have to wait for Lowestlander. Have you ever thought about making a game creator where people could make their own Lowlander style games? I could see at least one of my kids getting into that.
