Thank you for good words!) BTW now your devices are synced with ICloud. And when we release an AppleTV version, it will also be synced. Leaderboard looking sign for the customization Well, we thought it'd look like the WASD keys
I bought the game when I heard the support coming. I tried the first level with touch, not very accustom to it. Tried the MFi controller support. If I can describe it in one word: Awesome! Full support (i.e. menu + gameplay can use controller to navigate). And the tutorial tells you how to use the controller once you hooked up. Five-star review given.
Awesome update that let me replay this fantastic game again, even if I already completed it. You guys earned my total respect and I'll look forward anything you will make in the future. Of course I re-submitted once again my 5 star review after the update. Your new game is out next week, right?
Hey Pitta! Nope, I don't think so) We have to take over AppleTv, Steam and Android before we start programming the next one But rest assured that we already are working on our next game. Our artists are drawing concepts, so wait for it. It is going to be LEGEN... wait for it... DARY! LEGENDARY!
By the way, would you like to know if some of our guys release a game that is not related to our company? We are making some funny stuff in our spare time and maby someone will release some simple game
I am. Absolutely! But why wouldn't you release your side projects under Nerf. It would make it a lot easier to find.
Controller support I spent some time last night playing with my MadCatz controller, and really like the controller support. It took a little getting used to, especially since it's the first game I've played where the d-pad is used to control jumping, but it works great once I got used to it. I still hit the wrong buttons occasionally, but now when I do that it always feels like it's because I thought of hitting the wrong button, whereas with the touch controls it was also common for me to think of the right button but then miss it. Thanks a lot for the update.
Hi, bilboa! Just in case: you can switch the mfi controlls: there is a buttons customization option. If you go there using gamepad, you'll be able to customize your buttons as you want. Although despite that default layout might be not the most commonplace, it's defenitely the best for our game
I would suggest to developers to include an option to remove auto-run option when controller is connected. It was developed in Rayman Adventures and its great to have full control
Are the points obtained by killing enemies the only points that count toward the super star? That seems to be the case, but then I can't figure out the purpose of the coins other then to increase your score...? BTW - The production value, and sheer enjoyment I'm getting out of this game is awesome and just another reason why I love gaming on IOS!
No, no, no! That would break the game. The whole challenge lies in anticipation, timing and memory, which you'd take away by allowing players to control the movement. Don't think of it as a traditional platform game - it's more of a side-scrolling shooter, like R-Type, but with jumping. Yep, you get points from killing enemies and destroying breakable items, like crates. I must admit, I didn't twig that for the first few levels either. The coins are used only to buy the upgrades and new weapons - but you'll likely collect so many as you replay levels again and again to get all the socks and crowns, that you'll never notice them. I certainly never had to save up for anything.
