Really? I was unaware... God I love Hulu. Ohmygod, the headache I would have after sitting in front of a TV for that long...
After seeing where the show is currently, I'm convinced the writers knew all along how they wanted to end it... I have gone back and watched season 1 again and there is some very interesting things that i never understood until now the writers had to have at least had an idea (I won't clarify as I don't like giving spoilers)... Midian you won't be disappointed, LOST has been the only show I have ever really liked in my entire life... it's genius, but I also recommend reading online about it too once you get farther into it... Some of the offline stuff really gives a lot more info about what's going on, and it's stuff that the show will most likely never directly explain... Enjoy and hopefully welcome to the fan club
my buddy did 2 shows a night (45 min w/o commercials) and made it all the way to being current in about a month...
I collect those too, but I still lean towards DVDs most of the time. Especially with things like sitcoms, it's a bunch of people sitting in a room, there's nothing especially interesting to look at so high-def isn't too important. The stuff I buy on Blu-ray are CGI movies, movies in impressive locations, stuff that's actually visually impressive before it's even got the cameras on it ...and my paycheck is small I'm almost convinced already and I haven't even started
Personally, with LOST, I was never one to try to "figure it out" or predict where it was going. I just let myself go along for the ride, and it's been a hell of an entertaining show. No Sopranos, mind you, but a great ride.
Pretty funny. They finished filming the show this weekend and had a party and a restaurant. And guess what? A "piece of the finale script" got left behind at the bar . I'm calling BS, just a joke from the actors (relating to the lost iPhone).
Just started watching Lost myself. I watched it on TV up until Season 3 and then couldn't anymore because of work. I'm starting all over again from Season 1 this time around with Netflix on my PS3.
My two favorite series are Lost and Firefly. I loved 3rd Rock from the Sun too. Lost is one of those shows that never answers your questions, they just keep creating more questions. Although we did find out where the polar bears came from.
Congratulations on getting LOST. I watched the first five seasons on hulu in less than a month in January so I could watch the premiere of season six. ...Which I'm currently 3 episodes behind soon to be 4. I've been watching season 6 on tv. It's my favorite series because of all the twists and turns. They really drag the story out though. Season six is turning out to be the bet season yet.
I watched seasons 1-5 all at once too, so maybe I'm used to that because to me it feels like nothing is ever happening in seasno 6
I'm weeks behind so I see multiple episodes at a time. Last night I saw three. I agree though, I'm not used to waiting for what happens next. It feels like now they're finally wrapping things up more than just dragging out the plot with new conflicts for seasons on end. Wow that made me sound like I don't like it.
I recommend Curb your Enthusiasm. Also Aqua Teen Hunger Force, if you like that type of humor(which I do ). Check out an episode or two to see what I mean if you've never seen it.
Fringe is my fav in this context. Sure, it's only the first and second season but it already is my fav show of all time
I've got seasons 1-4 of ATHF, been a fan for a long time now I saw a few episodes of Curb Your Enthusiasm and it seemed a little forced to me, I don't think I could get into it.
I did the same thing. Now it bugs me that I have to wait a week to watch the next episode. BTW, does anyone have any idea WTF is going on with this show? +1 for watching Arrested Development - It's one of the few series that you can watch multiple times and get something new out of it every time.
