Here is what I think so far.
The idea is good. The questions stimulate me to write something instead of letting me write anything I like which prevents me to get bored. Also the simplicity of design is nice and well suited to the app's purpose.

But I believe the app can benefit from additional features. Some possible features I suggest:
    1. Options to add photos or to replace the existing photo. In case a year has passed, the cover uses the original photo which users can change again and users can overview the photos from last year (and before if available).
    2. Ability to write my own questions. However, unlike the photo, the question once changed could not be changed again as it will deviate from the app's purpose.
NB: These features I believe can be implemented through double-tapping the question or photo area. Then users are prompted to change the question or photo.

I also suggest some improvements in terms of design.
    1. If I tap the date on the calendar, the specific screen for that date will open. Below the calendar, there is an empty space. So, instead of directly opening the screen, you may fill the empty space with the preview of that date (probably the question). Then a "Open" button is located just above the "X" button. This is to help users if they just want to overview/find questions.
    2. I realise that after 31 December, I cannot open 1 January directly by sliding. I have to open it from the calendar. An improvement on this is very much appreciated.
    3. Typos on several dates: 29 January, 14 June, and 24 October.

Last but not least, thanks for creating this app. I definitely will use it everyday. :D
Anyway, I am impressed that you have written 365 different questions.
