It sounds like you might enjoy my game [app]GumDrops[/app]. It is a touch screen puzzle game that is part action and part strategy. There is a lite version, but that only has one of the more action oriented game modes, so you might want to jump straight to the full one (for 99 cents)
1) Ragdoll Blaster - truly a lot of fun, cool physics, nice puzzles 2) Strongholds - I've sort of gotten into this one, card based castle defense 3) Siberian Strike - well done all around game, shoot lots of things, cool power ups, funny Other than Peggle, which you mentioned, these are three that have stuck with me lately.
