seem to be a load on sale (in fact free) because of the icelandic volcano - no i dont see the connection either but at the moment berlin budapest copenhagen london oslo munich paris stockholm vienna rome moscow amsterdam barcelona istanbul are FREE instead of $15.99 - so well worth downloading for future trips
You don't see the connection? Anyone that was on vacation in those cities when the volcano started to erupt has not been able to return home because the airports have shut down. So, they give away these city guides so that people can make the most of their unexpectedly prolonged stays in these cities. I think it was really nice of them to do that.
well yes but you could argue that all of the europeans stuck elsewhere in the world also need help. I meant more i dont know why they chose these but for example not dublin
What a great idea to make those books free for a short period of time. I grabbed Rome and London...just in case I happen to be stuck there in the event of some future disaster...
