Tap To Flap Lite is now available and that has 3 Game Center Achievements and an online leader board.
Looks like the game cap has been increase to 80 games. Still not really good enough. I have over 90 GC enabled apps and it's growing everyday.
I've noticed this on some apps as well. It's not all apps, but it looks like some are not coded correctly to save achievements when offline and then upload when connected to GC. The first on I really noticed this on was Samurai II. I play a lot while away from home so I was surprised that I had unlocked the achievement for completed stage 3, but my stage 1 and 2 were still locked! Tappi Bear seems like another one that does not do this right...

When you select that you want to delete it it will then ask you if you want to keep or remove the Game Centre info. Click remove and it will delete off your list. If you say "remove", the count will get removed off the account. Either way, if you ever reinstall the game, the achievements will always be there. So if you delete the game and re-install it, all your achievements will come back.
