List Of Adventure Games (Part 2)

Discussion in 'General Game Discussion and Questions' started by PointOfLight, May 5, 2011.

  1. I haven't even tried iMessenger yet. But yeah, love iCloud as long as I don't fill it up too fast! Don't have to worry about my game save data now :)

Hmm.. I finished the Passenger. I liked it, but was kind of short. It was the first episode, second one isn't out yet.

Still catching up on some IDAC games and I need to play the three Hectors and the Train.
    Did you even finish Roombreak?

Ah, didn't realize iPad had it already. That's strange. I love it, though, and also seeing that I bought an app already without having to try and buy it :/

This is mt favourite feature. It means that I can manage all the games on my phone much easier without having to sync all the time

I really like what I have played so far. Even though there haven't been all that many puzzles it really seems to flow and the puzzles just fit into the story, helping you to progress. A big thumbs up

Here's a new one: Murder Detective. Sounds more like a "Choose Your Own Adventure" than anything, but I thought I'd throw it up here anyway.

    [Edit]

    Here are a couple more:

Find the Detectives Objects - Looks like it might be more for kids, but it's another hidden object game
Law & Order: Legacies - This one is kind of exciting, especially if you're any sort of L&O fan. First off it's developed by Telltale games, who seem to be the current king of old fashioned adventure games. Second, it combines your favorite characters from different L&O series. Could be lots of fun.

Can't wait to hear what you think. The combination of Telltale, L&O and universal binary should be more than enough for me, but I've spent so much money already in the last few days. Still, I'm sure I'll end up buying it before the year is over

I have just messed up The Passenger. Got to the point with the percentages of liquids. Didn't write it down and closed the app. Now it won't let me let me look at the notice board again. Will have to start all over again

  7. You don't have to write it down! Look below the test tubes.

Edit: the paper should be in your bag, so you'll see it when you look at the test tubes.

It's for iPhone. They don't have an iPad version out yet:( I may wait until it comes out. Wasn't the apple freeze date yesterday? Thus, no more sales for Xmas???

Bought law and order. It's great so far:) graphics are incredible haha

The paper that was in my bag I put on the notice board which gave me all the colours with percentages underneath. I presume that's how much should be in the test tubes but when I closed the app and reopened it the notice board no longer turns yellow so I can't look at it to see how much each test tube should be filled
is there any way to go back?

  10. When you joined the two, they should have gone into your inventory as one. You can't open it up, but you should see the little icon there. Do you see it? When you get to place where you need to use the clue, it will open automatically.
Hope that helps. Let me know if you still have trouble.

  11. Would I like it if I don't watch Law & Order?

What's for iPhone? L&O: Legacies is universal.

All I have is a lighter and a spade so I guess it will have to be a restart. Will have to play when I have no interruptions so it doesn't happen again
. Thanks for your help anyway and sorry Eric, wrong thread

  14. Weird, that sucks. Good luck the second time around!

Yes, I realized that once I started playing. It wasn't small and I didn't have To click x2. @app I'm sure you would like it but it is fun knowing and seeing the characters.

Um did I put that thumbs down icon up there by mistake haha

  16. Ha I just noticed I have a couple of G5 games in my purchase history. Still not sure I want to play them, as I couldn't get into them the first time. Too much HOG. What do you guys think of The Treasure Seekers?

I don't like them but others seem to enjoy them. I get bored, too much HOs.

  18. Just found DOOORS. Anyone playing?

  19. Has anyone played Carboard Castle? Looks like it might have some puzzle/point-and-click elements.

Was doing well on this one until I got to door 16, now I'm stuck

Cardboard castle is very good. Very trial and error sort of game but it does get the little grey cells working

Finished The Passenger and I agree that it was quite short but I did enjoy playing it and am looking forward to the next installment. Is part 2 out on Android?
