I guess they must have stayed free longer in the U.S. I know what you mean, though. I actually have several of his games but haven't tried a single one yet. They way I figure it, if it's free then all I'm really losing is the time it took to download and install it
Yeah was talking about those - Europe, Austria here Both games are 0,99 - So I guess over here they weren't ever free in the first place. Bought them anyway, you usually make good suggestions. And if I won't like them losing 2 won't get me into the poorhouse
Another interesting looking game: Sceal: An Irish Folklore Adventure And the lite version: Sceal Lite
This one came out of the blue (at least for me): All That Remains video. It's the upcoming game from Glitch Games. Looks like it's going to be another multi-part saga, and I can't wait.
This was TA game of the week (a rare feat for adventure games) so it's not exactly a secret. Still thought I should add it, devs deserve every publicity: Die With Glory Playing it atm and it's a really special game. Inventory managment/using items shares similarities with Love you to Bits but other than that the game including its premise are pretty unique.
Odd - the link didn't work for me. Here's another one in case anyone else has troubles: Die With Glory
Weird, works for me. I'm usually using the https://appstore.com/appxy format not target.georiot etc - Could you give a one of the App Store links in my signature a try if they also not work for you?
Nope, the links in your signature don't work for me either. I tried on both Firefox and Chrome, both on a Windows 7 machine. I don't think those "friendly" links have ever worked for me.
Both the links provided by Gambler and PointOfLight work fine for me, and this is by tapping on them on my iPad, latest iOS version. I live in Canada, btw.
I tell you what, Lone Wolf Games keeps too low of a profile. These are the folks that made adventure games like The Lost Treasure / The Lost Ship. Currently you can get The Enchanted Books for free. Also, it looks like they released a sequel called Rescue the Enchanter.
I really enjoyed both games. I thought for a minute there was a new game but realised I've played them both.
Very weird. They all work fine for me (on iOS at least, haven't tried Windows). Can't really change them anyway, with the other format I'd have much too much characters. Thanks for trying though. Good to know, thanks. Very weird though, wonder if this has to do with the location.
Haha yea, we still seem to be accidentally perfecting the stealth marketing tactic of releasing stuff that no one actually knows about. It's not exactly the best tactic though Thanks! We're getting closer every day now
This one, "The Haunting of Willow Hill", is currently free. The Haunting of Willow Hill by David Hackenberger https://appsto.re/ca/ZvDd2.i I'm not sure if it's actually an adventure game, but it looks interesting, and may be worth a try.
The description says "story driven mystery/adventure with haunting overtones" So I think adventure was a good guess
So has anyone actually played this one yet? I downloaded it at some point, but like most games have not had the chance to try it out yet.
