I was actually beta testing that one and the dev released it before I ever got through it. You can thank me for it being playable on iPad, though. I tried to play it and it was broken, so he made it playable.

Broken Sword

Who here has played Broken Sword 5? I haven't got around to it yet but the original and the sequel were a couple of my favorite games ever.

For that matter, how I'd love a remake of The Colonels Bequest, best adventure ever in my opinion. If you're a fan of adventures, get yourself an emulator and try it. Thematically AMAZING!

 

Can you remember anything regarding picking a lock?

 

I don't think I got that far because it was broken on iPad at the time. I downloaded it now and will start playing again and work on my walkthrough.

I started broken sword 5 but lost interest lol it's still on my iPad waiting to be finished it's not as good as the original and sequel.

 

Thanks for the info, from the trailers it doesn't seem to have the charm of the first two games. I might still pick it up for nostalgia's sake!

 

Alter Vu Dead Reckoning is good. However, at the moment I'm stuck.

I've been everywhere and talked to everyone. I have a lockpick, bone saw, rose and matches. I believe I'm stuck on the picking the lock of the cash register?

Appunwrapper is doing a walkthrough progressively though I think...

Hey guys, I'm the Tom who made Alter Vú, lovely to see people playing it and hear that you're enjoying it so far!

I won't spam up this thread since it since pretty public, I did find another thread dedicated to the game which brought to my attention a couple of people would like a walkthrough... been balancing work and game dev, I'm a little tired

Seriously, mad thanks for the support. It's my first game, but feedback so far has been crazy inspiring...Also I've heard a few people are completing the game about now... The race is on...
