AppUnwrapper, do you play your adventure games mostly on iPhone or iPad if the game in question supports both phone and tablet (number of adventure games are still iPad only)?
I currently only have an iPhone, but I'm considering getting the new iPad, so I'm sure I'll play a lot more on that.
I haven't played any adventure games since The Lost Fountain. I may have to go back and play some old ones I missed, as I don't know of any new ones coming out in the near future. If only I didn't despise hidden object games so much...
But it's fun I've got to do something to pass the time, I mean other than working on the game that is.
Yeah, sounds like you're working reaaaaaal hard. Btw, I should probably have a shiny new iPad soon (need to actually buy it first), and looking forward to playing FL3 on it instead of my tiny iPhone screen.
Then stay far, far away from Agent Alice. Makes me really sad that this is what gets an Apple feature these days...
Yeah... Hey, Glitch guys, don't get any ideas from that "game." That game should be a lesson in what *not* to do it you want to create an enjoyable experience.
Ah...well...this is awkward. We were close to completion of FL3 and then saw Agent Alice and thought to ourselves "this is exactly what we need!", so we scrapped all progress and are now making 'Agents Alice and Jason'.
I'm right there with you re hidden objects. We usually enjoy the same games so I was hoping you had found a hidden gem
Was playing the hell out of Alto's Adventure until I got stuck bc of a bug. Since then, been playing some Eyeser and trying out some other new games. Haven't seen any noteworthy adventure games, though.
Anyone tried Mind Snares: Alice's Journey yet? It does have some hidden object scenes, but it is predominantly an object puzzle / mini-game combination. I've played through the first chapter so far and have really been enjoying it.
