Hopefully this is a good morning for you (or whatever time of day wherever you are at ) I mentioned Road Wars HD in my latest "10 App Store Games To Watch" article and thought you might want to take a look: 10 App Store Games To Watch
Just a bit of it, it has a good wry sense of humor and most of the interactions have been Hidden Object searches and interactions with items you've found. Eric, I think the URL is borked in this one...
Well that was annoying At first I thought I somehow miscopied the URL, but given how often I do this that didn't seem plausible. Then I realized the problem is that the site is called TouchMyApps, and apparently the automated forum sensors butchered it because they thought I was posting a link to a porn site or something. Any, thanks to TinyUrl.com, here's the corrected URL: 10 App Store Games To Watch
Yeah, I don't see any innuendo on the site that would cause forum censors to go awry... Trade Mania looks pretty decent, I think I'll give that a whirl...
Some good game Hi guys, can u recommend me some good game for iOS please. I can recommend for everyone a great game i played last time. Game is called "Tasty nuts" and its a funny game for free short times during days. Thanks for comments.
A Big Fish iPad game released on the regular schedule for Wednesdays (becomes available at 8:00 PM EST) Gravely Silent:House of Deadlock HD
Oh Eric, make sure not to play with anyone's motherboard today! Lol Not sure why, but I can't stop laughing about that site being blocked. Haha I guess with today's technology and popularity of ios, that would be a clever name. Too bad it's taken haha
Haven't run across any lately. I have, however, been playing Letters From Nowhere HD lately, and it's a lot of fun. I like the fact that you can buy special objects with the points you earn that do things like temporarily show you several of the hidden objects. Of course I know some HoGs have these things built in, but since most of them don't even have such helps I think it's pretty cool. Of course the down side is that when you buy the items you still have to find them before you can use them
I downloaded a free version of Dark Meadow this morning. The atmosphere is very frightening. It took me about half an hour to work up the courage to leave the first room
Dark Meadow is a great game but it is huge (1.1 GB or something like that). I've been trying to finish it so I can delete it from my device, so what do they go and do on me? Apparently in this latest update (for the full version) they added 1/3 new content to the game! I wish I could transfer the file over and load it on my iPad.
Ugh I had to delete both Dark Meadow and Infinity Blade 2 bc of their sizes, before getting far enough in either of them. My biggest gripe with Apple is the lack of SD card slots. Their devices are getting so advanced that they can handle such gorgeous graphics, but games are getting bigger while the storage space doesn't. I got rid of all music and pretty much anything besides games on my phone, and I still never have room. And yeah, thought the new cloud with 5.0 would allow you to store your save data, but that I my seems to be the case if a game has the option specifically buildt into it.
That was my biggest disappointment with iCloud. I thought it was going to be this wonderful way to preserve my save files, and it is as long as the software is built to use it. Doesn't do me much good for the thousands of titles I already own. Apple really needs to come up with some way to browse your save data short of a third party hack. I would so love to be able to grab all my save files from my iPod Touch 2G and just retire that machine. Unfortunately that won't happen, and I'm not about to restart Angry Birds
I have a few issues with Dark Meadow. Not sure if it is just on the free version. If I quit, I end up back in the first room and have to hear the man talking again. There is no skip button On the first screen before you enter the game where it's showing you round outside, I have a devil of a time getting the next arrow to appear. It just seems to loop the scenes over and over again These are very frustrating and do not make me want to continue playing
