Given up on Ellie. On with Raving Manor at the moment which is quite good. Just left a review for a game I received a promo code for and it seems to have gone through ok but I will have to check later to see if it comes up

 

If you can't install it on your iPad, there are three possible issues:
1. You don't have the newest iOS on your device.
2. You are on 3G, not on Wi-Fi (if you try to download the game exactly to your iPad).
3. Your computer is not authorized with iTunes account you are using (if you try to install the game from your computer).

I just made some tests, and you can't review app, if you download it with a Promo Code. So I think that we'll do it other way.

Do you all have iTunes accounts in US AppStore?

I have latest OS and am using iPad 2 64 gb with 3G. I don't have the 3G activated so that should not be an issue. My computer is authorized w my account bc it's the only account I use. It says "install" in the app store which means it recognizes that I already purchased it. I'm trying to download it from my iPad. Plugging it into my computer did not make a difference. Hmmm

 

I have no idea why you have such issue. I just sent you a PM with few Promo Codes, you can try to Redeem one of them on your account, or on other account and see if that helps.

There are 5 PCs, so you can try different ways - to Redeem it on your computer, on your device, or on different accounts.

As far as I know, no one had such issue.

Oh, that's okay. I will put it back on my iPhone and play. This happened w one other app that I had purchased for my iPhone but tried to install on my iPad bc it said it was compatible. I figured it was because they had come out with an iPad version causing it not to work

I'm afraid that's not possible. The software I'm using doesn't allow to create universal binaries (they said that it will be possible, but still isn't). But I'll add you to the list, and gift you the second episode, because as far as I remember, you are one of our first customers
