Another new G5E adventure game coming on Wednesday evening--Royal Trouble: Hidden Adventures. It looks more like a standard adventure than a HdO. Link is for iPhone version to the G5E site: Royal Trouble: Hidden Adventures
I played the lite version of the vampire game you listed. It made me laugh bc the characters were so goofy. Lol
They are definitely odd, that is why I made the comment. Many of the Nevosoft characters look unusual to me (although that could a design decision, I suppose). I thought the gameplay was all right, what did you think?
How can you say something like that, what with idiot, sparkly vampires infesting popular culture like they have?
Gameplay was so so. The fast forward button was a plus bc I couldn't stand all the chatter lol I wouldn't pay for the game unless it was $.99 but it was a nice way to pass some time. That butler is too much with his droopy purple eyelids haha
I've never really understood the point of that whole tactic, but I must admit I was a bit surprised to see them do it. Next thing you know all of Glu's freemium games will be 99.99
I think i have 7th guest for my iPhone but don't recall playing it. Is it good? When I got it I don't think it was universal. I'm not even sure if the iPad existed. The pricing confuses me bc the version that was marked down says "not for new uses. iPad update only". Why would an update be $99.00???? EDIT: I do have it and am redownloading now.
I have downloaded it because it's a classic but its one of those games you either love or hate. The jury is out in this household
I wasn't a real big fan of it on the PC, but I decided to give it a try on the iPhone anyway when it first came out. Didn't care much for it there either. It looks nice, and I love the FMV, but I thought it was more challenging actually finding the puzzles then figuring them out once I found them, and to me that's quite annoying.
At last. A meaty puzzle adventure game. Been a long time coming but I'm sure it will be worth the wait
It is pretty amazing to me how tightly Joe has optimized his code on the Lost City. Great graphics, gameplay, and only 40mb. Grisly Manor was the same way. Lots of big developers could learn from him, I think...
If it is as good as Grisly Manor, then I'm sold. Quality games have been a bit thin on the ground lately so I need something to get my teeth into
