Finally level 50! I made it in 10th place according to my friends list. Not too bad considering I haven't bought any doubloons at all and when I started playing this game, the majority of players were in their 20's level. A question, does anyone know which mission gives the Tapestry treasure reward? Also which mission gives Diamond reward? I'd like to share the system I used to determinate which mission gives the fastest exp. The way I compared missions: Unfortunately I didn't do it on the earlier quests, but it should be easy to calculate on your own. Also as you can see, the Pilfer Jeera Rice quest was bugged and gave almost 3 times as much as the level 49 mission. It should be fixed now though. The important value here is "Exp+Silver to exp". Because if you do it like me, I spend all my silvers on buying misc items on my ship. As I described at the * you get 0.2 exp per silver spent on buying items to your ship. Hope it helps some people at least, people that are rushing to 50 that is

True, lol. If you also did yours on a spreadsheet though you could probably fill in the info for the early missions quite easily from theirs... They started right at the beginning. -shrug- just for the sake of completeness, I guess?
Congrats! I'm going to hit 40 here in a little. Me and Jay_Jay locked neck and neck. I started playing when Odin was level 40...Right before they made that change so you only had like 150 gifts instead of like 600
Thanks, nice leveling there. I caught up to and passed a lot of people on my journey. When I started playing, I added a whole bunch of people from here. I started when I was around level 10 and I remember that my ship went from page 1 of my friends list to page 10 >.< I was always trying to aim to get to a page less and now I'm on page 2
Out of a whim I made a similar spread sheet and did it by the hour. There's quite a few variables when using this value as what is most "efficient". For example if you are going to sleep, then the quest that is only one hour long will not be as "efficient" than a quest that is 8 hours long. Also if you have work/school or whatever, then you should use the quest that will fill in the time that you will be not be able to log in. But you have to be careful not to go over the time as well... lol So on my spreadsheet, I based it on FP+SilverFP/doubloon. Since most of the power levelers are using extra doubloons to speed up jobs, this was the best method for me to figure what was most efficient. Of course having crew that like the job is important too for extra FP.

Yea I think multiple people have done this spreadsheet. I also have the total FP per Doublon thing. Pilfer Jeera rice was hands down absurdly good before they fixed it. Now the best one to quick finish is Extort Gems from locals. It gives 1300 combines FP per doublon or 1400 if you use crew of this job type (which you should always do) for lower level the best one is Ransom Nobility coming in at 1260/1370 FP/Doublon. For quest the best ones varies a lot over time. As you go up in level quests give more FP per hour. Overall I found that nothing under two hours is really worth it as I never come back in time. Something along the line of 4 to 12 is the best. On a side note, stealing treasure crap is really starting to irritate me. I've been trying to get one item at level 5 for over a week now but somehow every time I go it has been plundered. I've tried having decoy treasure but got unlucky and that is the one that has been plundered.
strange. I have over 60 friends and I have never once got plundered. I have probably buried over 100 items.
I have ... 600 oh, does anyone know if I leave someone else treasure instead of looting it, Is it saved forever or will it just get grabbed by someone else? I've been leaving others people treasures behind because I think its nice but if it just ends up being taken by someone else it kind of makes it useless. --- Add me: [email protected]
