Hi i need help with the quest "friendly mate". how do you ,help 5 friends in need. it also says "friends are helped in local maps" thx if u can help me
If you open up your map, after a few seconds you will see someone floating in the middle of the ocean, those are the people you need to help. By switching maps or refreshing it, another one will pop up.
Who am I kidding? I can't quit this habit... I did eliminate half of my friend list, (which took even longer than collecting gifts use to take), but now that the useless gifts have been eliminated thx to the wonderful DEVs, I only get about 50 a day, which is more than managable.. I can totally deal with that, so I'm not giving up this game quite just yet, even if my studying/grades do end up suffering as a result.. Yikes... UPDATE IS TOMORROW!!!!!
I hope the update is pretty substantial! Also is it possible to make the ships look less square? It's kinda awkward, and pirate ships should be a bit roundish! I.e. take my Runner theme for example, cool colours, cool wings, etc, but the back is a straight up square Also add me [email protected] (JTunderscore1)! Still fairly low level, and I ALWAYS sends gifts and chests! Since they're free to give anyways EDIT: Also if you promote me, I will promote you! I'm quitting though... damn, and I'd just joined the forum too. Well, it's been fun while it's lasted, and I'll hang around to see the update, but I think I've burned up all my enthusiasm for the game. Happy piratin', guys!
Just play at your own pace. If you feel burned up, just send all your dudes on a multi-day mission and check back in a couple days. No need to quit altogether EDIT: Also, anyone find the ship prices a little outrageous? For example, I recently got the Bilander size, which was roughly 26,000... my next upgrade costs 112,400!!! you guys prob didn't know it the ships are discounted almost a few folds. most big ships cost 1million in the past, or half a mil...be glad all ships can be bought with spare change now. LOL BUT on the other hand, i just think that they are organized and just looks neat... it looks like a warehouse ship!!! hi fellcor, thanks for your comment.... hmmm... powerleveling... what I mean was to make the behavior of the gifts like the bonus chests... currently (as from what I can see), bonus chests does not connect to the server when clicked? (if i am correct), thus no need to send data to the server (for every click)... maybe what's happening to the bonus chest: 1. updated when the gift window is closed OR 2. already updated but not yet shown until it is not yet received... but the first option would be more logical (and easier to code) so my suggestion would be, when clicking the free gift button: - it will automatically be added to the items of my friends - no need to get the items manually - (complications would be how it would be added. but I think you can do this by "case when" method or if the logic of the codes are dynamic - only notification will be seen in the gifts section and like you just need to confirm that you received it... or even ignore it, then if you close the gift window, it will not be shown. not sure if my suggestion is clear though...
