why do i keep getting sync error?! i really enjoyed this game prior to the sync error... i've deleted and reinstalled the app... restarted my non jail broken iphone 3gs, and still sync error... it seems to happen after i try to claim my rewards from two of my crew members... i can successfully claim the rewards but shortly after i'll run into the sync error... so i'm basically left with only 3 crew members instead of 5 please fix
So If I promote everyone in my friend list to first mate they get to enjoy the chance of more FP? If adding a friend to crew member, will his outlook change according to what his real character wears? Anyone knows how to change your crew member name? [email protected] currently lvl10
Regarding cannons.... That's a bummer... I thought I just upgraded my cannons when I bought the more expensive ones I think you really have to refine the battle mechanics then, because right now it is basically all about ship size.
You can only assign the ranking to one crew member just to avoid those abusing the system and assigning the top rank to everyone. So be selective with who gets the coveted rankings! It doesn't affect the crew members aesthetically. Click on your Fame Point/Level meter at the top of the screen then click on the name, you can then change it to anything you like.

This Game is really awesome. I do wish that there was a receive all button for the gifts. Also it would be great if buying new cannons did upgrade their damage. Battling other people would also make the game better down the road. Please add me [email protected]

I mean the crew members name, not the captain's name. Can I remove a crew member and re-create it? or I will lose 1 crew member.

I have few questions.. it says we can dig up other's treasures how can we do so?? also, just wondering wat do you spend your doubloons on?? if you haven't please add me [email protected]
If anyone leaves their treasure buried when it has 5 stars it will show up as an X on your treasure island you just click on it and pick it up sell it or leave it alone. And I spent my doubloons on customizing my capn and a bigger boat lol
Yes, when you're in Treasure Island you'll see red X's pop up about once a day. There you can steal friend's treasure randomly if you have friends added. Doubloons can be spent on exclusive items to deck out your ship and pimp out your avatar. It can also be used for a "Quick Finish" on all jobs ranging from 1-3 Doubloons in cost. It allows you to "power play" your way through the game and level up really fast.
The person before me told you the answer to your first question. I just want to say I save my doubloons when I can unless I have to spend it on an objective
so...does that mean if i left more spaces open in Treasure Island i'll be able to steal more treasure from my friend?? Or theres a limited of how many i can steal??
You cannot change a crew member's name, but as others have noted, you can fire that person and hire a new Computer crew member with whatever name you want. You can only have a chance of stealing 3 times per day. The "X" spots for stealing are different from your 12 spots you can bury in, so you can bury as much as you want and not affect your possible "freebies" you can get in a day.
Is it possible to change my email address of my existing account? I am getting to the point I need a friend as I can't expand my ship further until I has one friend crew. I would like to use a new email account for that purpose.
