It's an actual release not a softone yankeeblue000 Well-Known Member Aug 29, 2016 644 36 28 #3 yankeeblue000, May 1, 2017 Last edited: May 2, 2017 It was in beta since Nov. or Dec.,but only for the Kickstarters who funded the game. Its part of an entire Toys2Life eco system that includes smart toys, action figures, a physical CCG, that interface with the game thru Bluetooth and augmented reality. It's pretty cool. The game is totally free without any of the f2p shenanigans.(ads, timers, IAP's) and you don't need any of the physical add-ons or toys to play or complete the game. I think they're going to treat this as a continual service with monthly updates & added content. I don't know how they intend to sustain this for long. I guess they're relying on the success of the sales of the toys which are really cool, but a little pricey. The game is cool. If you played any of The Skylanders games on mobile then you're familiar with how this game plays. It's worth a look. The thing which I think will turn some people off is the online requirement to play, hellscaretaker Well-Known Member May 27, 2012 1,098 6 38 Im a youtube gamer/streamer https://www.youtube.com/user/touchgameplay #4 hellscaretaker, May 2, 2017 Thats going to be the catch isnt it how well the cards or toys do to support the game. It could be like another disney you buy all the stuff and then they decide to drop it. yankeeblue000 Well-Known Member Aug 29, 2016 644 36 28 #5 yankeeblue000, May 2, 2017 I guess we'll see. I like theseToys2Life games (Skylanders, Disney Infinity) I hope they do well and don't end up in the same situation. This Dev seems dedicated and really passionate about this game. Hopefully for the gamers and crowdfunders they stay invested long term ste86uk Well-Known Member May 9, 2012 6,774 999 113 #6 ste86uk, May 2, 2017 Aye they have been very active socially and with the public. Amazon.com and toys r us are going to be selling their stuff so it is a great start for a company I'd never heard of before the development of this game. I even did the Kickstarter and the closed beta, didn't play much though as I knew they would reset progress. Mariko Well-Known Member May 19, 2016 210 1 0 #9 Mariko, May 2, 2017 It definitely seems promising, But I'm definitely not a fan of the controls, at all. Ŵith no MFI support, and trying to play on my 12.9" iPad Pro, with small hands, is very frustrating. Darkfyra Well-Known Member Jan 14, 2017 157 6 18 #10 Darkfyra, May 2, 2017 Just tried it with no figures...and it's rather bland, lack of real story and dull combat,it look pretty but I expected especially because they mention Diablo as an inspiration to see something far better. On the other side there are no stamina,no iap,no auto attack but it's lacking something to actually be considered worth it,so basically it is not the Skylanders killer I was waiting for(Spyro must come back!) and even with the figures I don't think it have any chance to succeed, too simple, too linear,no exploration,no variety, the cutscene look uninspired and badly made(still pictures),it try to copy far too much Skylanders and talk like we were small babies.....basically it suck. saansilt ð® Spam Police ð Mar 23, 2013 3,291 0 36 #11 saansilt, May 2, 2017 I'm liking it, it's like a dungeon hunter light. Tap the screen, hammer things. It's a little fiddly right now like the side bar not needing to be there and I kinda wish the attack key would change into an action button when needed. ste86uk Well-Known Member May 9, 2012 6,774 999 113 #12 ste86uk, May 2, 2017 From my beta experience the path wasn't liner at all I actually complained that it was too open you barely knew which path to follow as you could literally go anywhere and pick up quests and do them. It made it feel really inefficient not knowing what I should actually do first. Haven't had the chance to get back on since it was released yet to see how anytbing has changed. But I believe they are still working on it as they are calling it open access not release from what I've seen. jForsythe Well-Known Member Apr 9, 2013 167 0 0 #13 jForsythe, May 3, 2017 Not available in Australia ste86uk Well-Known Member May 9, 2012 6,774 999 113 #14 ste86uk, May 6, 2017 My figure and card decks actually arrived today, I wasn't expecting them to get here yet. xxteargodxx Well-Known Member Jan 11, 2011 349 0 16 Male NJ #15 xxteargodxx, May 7, 2017 Did you order off of Amazon/Toys R Us?
