It's come a long way hasn't it? When I first joined the site I used to shun games made with this like the plague, but in the last year devs have gotten the tools to truly bring their games special. I'd like to make a list of all the great games using Unity for 2011. Only games I can call off the bat are Megan And The Giant, Muffin Knight, Shadowgun and the recently announced Bladeslinger. The MikaMobile games are created in Unity, including Battleheart (which today was awarded the Grand Prix at the Unite 11 conference).
Wow I am very flattered that you mentioned Megan and the Giant! It was my first self-developed game, and I couldn't have gotten it finished without Unity. I just went to the annual Unity conference (Unite) last week in San Francisco. Amazing developers all around. There are a lot of great new Unity games coming to smartphones near you soon! (shameless plug: check out our blog to see what we are developing with Unity for touch devices - http://www.pepwuper.com/blog/ ) .

Honestly, all I have to say is Galaxy pirate Adventure! Behold!!! http://forums.toucharcade.com/showthread.php?t=110582&highlight=galaxy+pirate+adventure http://forums.toucharcade.com/showthread.php?t=110118
Seems a bit less impressive than Epic Citadel, but it's only until you realize how much easier to use Unity is, compared to UDK. Thanks for posting, Sanuku.
