Thats a good point, but this game is already developed and people are already clamoring for it. Why vote no when so many people want it so bad? And, obviously, the controls work for the game, as you have seen in the video that was shown.
I don't really mind about a Tony Hawk game, but I voted 'yes' because I want Activision to get involved in the App Store. If Tony Hawks was released, I'm sure it would sell well and that could lead to other Activision games, maybe even a Call of Duty game.
Wow you are an idiot, do you think it is an intelligent comment to a shooter fan to say 'pick up a gun and go to Afghanistan!' Plus people have skated and still enjoyed Tony Hawk (and other skateboarding) games, me for example. Also explain to me how you can skateboard on a bus, in a train, plane, in an office etc. Now onto the intelligent part of your argument! Whilst it would be hard to put on the iPhone, with there being no physical buttons it would definitely be possible. Control method 1- Tilt to move with 4 buttons which you swipe to activate different tricks, there would have to be a serious cut of tricks but it would be possible. Control method 2- Virtual analog stick with 4 buttons with the way you move the analog stick being the what trick you do balancing tricks would be done with tilt, stick and manuals would start by you going up/down quickly
lol, well said. I agree. I do not skate, I have never even owned a board. I have just tried skating on my friends and failed miserably. However I do enjoy skating games. A games a game, so why do it instead of play it. The point of a game is to waste time when you can't do something else you like.
I loved this game on the PS1 --- I would pay 10$ for it ....come on ---the game has already been ported ----what a quick way to make money -----mabey we can get some guys to port FF7 then we could play that one legally too! Just think of all the money CAPCOM, KONAMI and such have made off of their junky remix/retro games. EZ cash ---plus I want it! Then they can move on to TH3! How would apple feel about having playstation games on it system?!?!?!? Nintendo games mabey?

Exactly the point here (except there will be no nintendo games. DS.) THPS is good, but the real prize here is all the 3rd party PS1 and N64 devs seeing a successful and perfect port, and hopefully giving it a try themselves.

right renton if you dont like playing skating games then fine i skate but what about when its raining or you just feel like skateboarding but lying in your own bed what do you do play games to pass time or do sweet F/A answer that one then ????
